带式输送机三维柔性设计系统研究

【摘要】:带式输送机是一种广泛应用于国民经济各部门的连续输送机械,与其他输送设备相比具有结构简单、输送量大、运输距离长、运输线路灵活等特点。之所以要对带式输送机进行柔性设计是因为其线路布置具有很强的适应性,运输距离的增加和实际地形条件的多变性,使得输送线路的布置形态更加灵活多样,而且,线路布置的可行性、合理性将直接影响设计结果的质量,而输送机整机的侧型布置能够完整直观地反映出线路的布置形态,因此,研究设计输送机侧型布置的工作势在必行。带式输送机三维柔性设计系统的研究工作分为三部分:输送机典型侧型布置方案设计、主要零部件及结构件参数化建模和整机自动装配、系统数据库建立。首先,分别从输送机几何尺寸、拉紧装置的结构及位置、传动滚筒的数目和布置形式三方面对带式输送机侧型布置进行方案设计。然后,利用数据库管理技术,在数据库管理系统Access 2007中构建DTⅡ(A)型带式输送机结构件和零部件标准型谱数据库及带式输送机侧型线路参数数据库。接着,利用模块化设计思想和参数化设计方法,分别对输送机各种典型侧型的输送带和其他主要零部件进行参数化三维建模,以Visual Basic 6.0为开发平台,使用SolidWorks API二次开发技术并结合数据库访问技术(ADO),实现了零部件的系列化设计和整机自底向上的自动装配。将带式输送机设计选型相关系统中的零部件选型结果存入本系统的数据库中,通过在本系统VB界面进行简单地选择,就能够迅速准确地实现带式输送机三维柔性设计的目标。本系统减少了设计人员在设计建模方面的工作量,提高了设计效率。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying machine which is widely used in various departments of national economy. Compared with other conveying equipment, belt conveyor has the characteristics of simple structure, large conveyer, long transportation distance and flexible transportation route. The reason why the flexible design of belt conveyor is due to the strong adaptability of its line layout, the increase of transportation distance and the variability of actual terrain conditions make the layout of transmission lines more flexible and diverse. The feasibility and rationality of the line layout will directly affect the quality of the design results, and the side layout of the conveyor can reflect the layout form of the line completely and intuitively. Therefore, it is imperative to study and design the side layout of the conveyor. The research work of the belt conveyor 3D flexible design system is divided into three parts: the typical side layout scheme design of the conveyor, the parameterized modeling of the main parts and structural parts, the automatic assembly of the whole machine, and the establishment of the system database.
