弧齿锥齿轮齿面接触分析及参数优化研究

【摘要】:弧齿锥齿轮主要用于交错轴之间的基础机械传动,广泛应用于航空、船舶、汽车等工业中。本文研究弧齿锥齿轮的齿面接触分析(Tooth Contact Analyses)简称TCA,以及机床加工控制参数对齿面接触情况的影响,编制专用的齿轮加工软件提供了理论基础,为实际生产加工过程中小轮控制参数的调整提供了参考。本文针对大轮采用成形法加工,小轮采用变形法加工的弧齿锥齿轮(SFM),主要完成了以下三个方面的工作:(1)以锥齿轮啮合原理为基础,研究了齿面啮合方程以及共轭齿面的诱导曲率等相关问题,并对大轮采用成形法加工,小轮采用变性法加工的弧齿锥齿轮进行了切齿计算,进而推导了齿面方程,并编写了MATLAB程序对齿面方程进行了求解,最终利用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立了弧齿锥齿轮的实体模型。在齿轮啮合原理和接触分析原理的基础上,建立了TCA的数学模型,研究了TCA过程中齿面接触区和运动曲线图,编写了TCA分析的MATLAB程序。(2)本文给定部分小轮控制参数的不同修正量,通过TCA分析,研究了部分单一小轮的控制参数的调整对齿面接触的影响。总结了小轮刀盘齿形角、垂直轮位、产形轮节锥距、齿长接触系数、径向刀位等小轮控制参数对齿面接触情况的影响规律。(3)研究了双参数的调整对齿面接触情况的影响规律;并对齿数比为1:2,1:3,1:4,1:5的一系列不同齿数比齿轮副进行了计算分析。
[Abstract]:Spiral bevel gears are mainly used in basic mechanical transmission between staggered shafts. They are widely used in aviation, ship, automobile and other industries. In this paper, the tooth surface contact analysis of spiral bevel gear is studied, and the influence of machine tool machining control parameters on tooth surface contact is studied. The theoretical foundation is provided by compiling special gear machining software. It provides a reference for adjusting the control parameters of the wheel in the process of actual production and processing. Based on the meshing principle of bevel gear, the (SFM), of spiral bevel gear with big wheel and small wheel made by deformation method has been processed in three aspects: (1) based on the meshing principle of bevel gear, the main work of this paper is as follows: (1) based on the meshing principle of bevel gear, The meshing equation of tooth surface and the induced curvature of conjugate tooth surface are studied. The tooth cutting calculation of spiral bevel gear made by forming method for big wheel and denaturation method for small wheel is carried out, and then the equation of tooth surface is deduced. The MATLAB program is written to solve the tooth surface equation. Finally, the solid model of arc bevel gear is established by using SolidWorks 3D modeling software. On the basis of gear meshing principle and contact analysis principle, the mathematical model of TCA is established, and the contact region and motion curve of tooth surface in TCA process are studied. The MATLAB program of TCA analysis is compiled. (2) in this paper, the influence of adjusting the control parameters of part single wheel on tooth contact is studied by TCA analysis. The influence of gear profile angle, vertical wheel position, tooth length contact coefficient and radial cutter position on tooth surface contact is summarized. (3) the influence of adjustment of two parameters on tooth surface contact is studied. A series of gear pairs with different tooth ratios of 1: 2 and 1: 1: 1: 41: 5 are calculated and analyzed.
