一种新型的膨胀节疲劳性能试验装置

【摘要】:针对国内现有的膨胀节疲劳性能试验设备普遍存在适用范围窄(仅适用于一种规格的单个试件)、试验设备笨重且大多靠人工操作、劳动强度大、自动化程度低的特点,给出一种可实现不同规格、两个膨胀节同时测试的新型膨胀节疲劳性能试验装置的设计方案和工作原理。该装置主要由试件、上下滑块、上下旋转台、驱动连接板、试验加载与驱动机构5个部分组成;四周均匀设置了4根导向柱及限位装置,用于试验前上下滑块、上下旋转台和驱动连接板的定位;4个加载机构均匀分布于设备四周,使试件受载均匀。该装置符合国家有关法规标准的要求,采用自动化的控制系统,高效、智能、安全。
[Abstract]:The existing domestic testing equipment for fatigue performance of expansion joints generally has the characteristics of narrow applicable range (only suitable for a single specimen of one specification), heavy and mostly manual operation of test equipment, high labor intensity and low degree of automation. The design scheme and working principle of a new type of expansion joint fatigue test device which can be tested simultaneously with two expansion joints with different specifications are presented. The device is mainly composed of five parts: the specimen, the upper and lower slider, the upper and lower rotating table, the driving connecting plate, the test loading and the driving mechanism, and the four guiding columns and the limiting device are uniformly arranged around the four parts, which are used for the upper and lower sliding blocks before the test. The four loading mechanisms are evenly distributed around the equipment, so that the specimen is uniformly loaded. The device meets the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations, and adopts automatic control system, which is efficient, intelligent and safe.
