压力容器冷成形封头恢复性能热处理的探讨

【摘要】:通过分析再结晶退火的基本概念和恢复性能热处理的实际操作过程,探讨了GB 150—2011《压力容器》和《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》关于冷成形封头恢复性能热处理的可操作性。建议用焊后热处理消除冷作残余应力,或者用热成形代替冷成形,以避开难以操作的再结晶恢复性能热处理。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the basic concept of recrystallization annealing and the practical operation process of heat treatment for recovery properties, The feasibility of GB 150-2011 "pressure vessel" and "fixed pressure vessel Safety Technical Supervision Code" on the recovery performance heat treatment of cold-formed head is discussed. It is suggested that the residual stress of cold work should be eliminated by post welding heat treatment, or the cold forming should be replaced by hot forming to avoid the heat treatment of recrystallization recovery property which is difficult to operate.
