平面多杆机构综合与分析研究

【摘要】:以制造业为主体的实体经济的回归,工业产品的质量与技术创新成为抢占经济科技制高点的关键所在。现代制造业发展的核心在于设计,而制造业中机械设计的核心在于机构,机构学为机械行业的创新发展提供了有效的理论和方法。平面连杆机构的综合和可动性问题一直以来都是机构学研究的重难点,本文基于前人的研究成果,对平面连杆机构做更为深入的探索研究,尝试得到较为完整且实用性较强的机构综合解决方法,并且对典型平面多杆机构的可动性问题加以分析研究。本文主要研究内容如下:尝试得到较为完整且实用性较强的平面连杆机构综合解决方法。针对多杆机构中具有代表性的Watt-Ⅰ、Ⅱ型六杆机构和曲柄滑块四、五杆机构分别进行了位置综合、函数综合、轨迹综合任务。给出相应实例,证实了所提出平面多杆机构综合方法的可行性基于N-bar旋转定理、矢量环方程建立等理论,对综合所得到的单自由度曲柄滑块四杆机构、二自由度曲柄滑块五杆机构和Watt-Ⅱ型六杆机构的可动性进行研究,运用Maple软件获得了机构的分支识别图,解决包括死点位置识别、分支识别、完全可旋转性的识别等问题。证明了综合所得机构可动且合理的同时,保障了机构在运动过程中克服、避免机构不连续或到达奇异位形等问题,完成预先设定的运动方式。研究了平面连杆机构同源机构的问题,同源机构能满足完全相同的轨迹生成约束条件,扩大了平面机构综合时机构方案的选择范围。综上所述,本研究尝试得到针对多杆平面连杆机构综合问题的解决方法。完成机构综合中位置综合、函数综合、轨迹综合三大任务。并且分别针对单自由度和多自由度平面连杆机构的可动性问题进行研究,其中包括机构运动的连续性(分支)、完全旋转性(曲柄存在条件)、可动性条件等问题。

The problem of synthesis and mobility of planar linkage mechanism has always been a heavy and difficult point in the study of mechanism.
