低速大扭矩安全制动器测试装置的设计

【摘要】:低速大扭矩安全制动器试验装置是考核低速大扭矩制动性能的专用试验装置。文中阐述了低速大扭矩制动器动态制动力矩的测试原理,介绍了试验装置整体结构设计,包括惯量盘的设计、高速端和低速端的设计,介绍了试验软件的设计。该试验装置具有重要的现实应用价值。
[Abstract]:Low-speed and high-torque safety brake test device is a special test device to test the performance of low-speed and high-torque brake. In this paper, the testing principle of dynamic braking torque of low speed and large torque brake is described, and the whole structure design of test device is introduced, including the design of inertia disk, the design of high speed end and low speed end, and the design of test software. The experimental device has important practical application value.
