小批量非等数零件精密球轴承的最大合套率选配方法

【摘要】:对于小批量多品种精密球轴承的生产,常存在人工合套效率与成品率低的问题,因存在内、外圈数目不等和钢球规值及相应规值的钢球数量不一等因素均会影响合套率。针对这些问题,以满足产品设计游隙为目标,综合考虑上述约束条件通过编写程序进行计算机模拟合套分析,只要输入各待装配内、外圈沟底直径偏差和钢球规值及相应的球数,即可输出最优的合套方案,从而有效提高了人工合套的工作效率和成品数量。
[Abstract]:For the production of small-batch and multi-variety precision ball bearings, there is often the problem of low efficiency and finished product rate of artificial sleeve. Due to the existence of different numbers of outer rings and steel ball specifications and the number of steel balls of corresponding specifications, the casing rate will be affected. Aiming at these problems, in order to meet the needs of product design clearance, considering the above constraint conditions synthetically, the computer simulation jacket analysis is carried out by writing a program, as long as input into each assembly, The deviation of the outer ring bottom diameter, the steel ball gauge value and the corresponding ball number can output the optimal casing scheme, thus effectively improving the working efficiency and the number of finished products of the artificial sleeve.
