行星齿轮传动的故障动力学研究

【摘要】:行星齿轮箱通常在恶劣环境下工作,行星齿轮箱中的齿轮失效是导致机械系统故障的主要原因之一。在行星齿轮箱运转过程中使用在线监测和故障诊断技术可以有效的预防重大事故,降低机器的维护成本。研究行星齿轮动力学模型及故障影响特征,具有重要意义。1、行星齿轮动力学分析。使用CATIA软件建立行星齿轮箱三维模型。使用ANSYS软件分析行星齿轮箱振动模态,各阶频率范围内的系统振型。研究不同程度故障对齿轮模态的影响,并对不同程度故障状态下啮合的齿轮做瞬态动力学分析,分析故障齿轮上的应力分布情况,为后期实验人为破坏齿轮故障位置的选择以及故障程度的选择提供了帮助。2、行星齿轮动力学仿真。基于ADAMS软件建立行星齿轮箱动力学模型,对行星轮系做多体动力学仿真,获得行星齿轮箱不同状态时输入轴的扭矩变化频域图。其次,分析频域图得到行星齿轮箱的转频、啮合频率和故障频率,诊断出行星齿轮箱故障及其故障类型。最后,将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行对比分析。3、基于扭振信号的行星齿轮故障诊断。搭建行星齿轮箱故障诊断实验平台,采集行星齿轮箱横向振动信号以及扭转振动信号。通过对行星齿轮箱横向振动信号与扭振信号的频谱对比与分析发现,扭振信号比横向振动信号更适合与行星轮系的故障诊断。针对扭振信号微弱,冲击特性不明显等特性,提出基于最大相关峭度反褶积法处理扭振信号。该方法使行星齿轮箱扭振信号的故障冲击特性得到显著提升,对于扭振信号的降噪与提高周期故障冲击特征有效,适用于行星齿轮箱扭振信号的故障诊断。
[Abstract]:Planetary gearbox usually works in bad environment. The failure of gear in planetary gearbox is one of the main causes of mechanical system failure. The use of on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis technology in the operation of planetary gearbox can effectively prevent serious accidents and reduce the maintenance cost of the machine. It is of great significance to study the dynamic model and fault characteristics of planetary gear. 1. The three-dimensional model of planetary gearbox was established by using CATIA software. ANSYS software is used to analyze the vibration modes of planetary gearbox and the system modes in the range of each order frequency. The influence of different faults on gear mode is studied, and the transient dynamic analysis of gear meshing under different degree of fault is done, and the stress distribution on the fault gear is analyzed. It is helpful for the later experiment to choose the fault location and the fault degree of the failure gear. 2. Planetary gear dynamics simulation. Based on the ADAMS software, the dynamic model of planetary gearbox is established, and the multi-body dynamics simulation of planetary gear train is done. The frequency domain diagram of torque variation of planetary gearbox in different states is obtained. Secondly, the frequency, meshing frequency and fault frequency of the planetary gearbox are obtained by analyzing the frequency domain diagram, and the fault types of the planetary gearbox are diagnosed. Finally, the simulation results are compared with the theoretical results. 3, the planetary gear fault diagnosis based on torsional vibration signal. An experimental platform for fault diagnosis of planetary gearbox is set up to collect transverse vibration signal and torsional vibration signal of planetary gearbox. By comparing and analyzing the frequency spectrum of the transverse vibration signal and the torsional vibration signal of the planetary gear box, it is found that the torsional vibration signal is more suitable for fault diagnosis with the planetary gear train than the transverse vibration signal. Aiming at the weak torsional vibration signals and the weak impact characteristics, a method based on maximum correlation kurtosis deconvolution is proposed to process torsional vibration signals. This method can significantly improve the fault impact characteristics of torsional vibration signal of planetary gear box. It is effective for noise reduction of torsional vibration signal and improvement of periodic fault shock characteristic. It is suitable for fault diagnosis of torsional vibration signal of planetary gear box.
