机械故障诊断的匹配时频分析原理及其应用研究

【摘要】:正本论文以航空发动机等关键机械装备运行安全保障的国家重大需求为驱动,针对传统时频分析方法无法有效满足机械故障诊断中强时变非平稳特征提取以及微弱故障特征增强的问题,本文从匹配机械振动信号中强时变非平稳信号时频结构的角度,深入研究了机械故障诊断的匹配时频分析原理。
[Abstract]:The original paper is driven by the major national demand for the safety and security of key mechanical equipment such as aeroengines. The traditional time-frequency analysis method can not effectively meet the problems of strong time-varying non-stationary feature extraction and weak fault feature enhancement in mechanical fault diagnosis. In this paper, the time-frequency structure of the strong time-varying non-stationary signal in matching mechanical vibration signal is analyzed from the point of view of matching the time-frequency structure of the strong time-varying non-stationary signal. The principle of matching time frequency analysis for mechanical fault diagnosis is studied.
