不同摩擦工况下40CrMo盘试样表面磁化现象研究

【摘要】:采用316L环块和40Cr Mo圆盘试样组成环块-盘摩擦副进行旋转摩擦试验,研究摩擦过程中40Cr Mo盘试样的摩擦表面磁化现象,探讨滑动速度、载荷对摩擦磁化的影响。结果表明,载荷较大时,随着滑动速度的增大,摩擦表面磁场逐渐增大;随着载荷的增加,摩擦近表面温度迅速上升,摩擦热引发的消磁现象越发明显,摩擦表面磁场增量出现先增后减的变化规律;载荷较大时,摩擦近表面温度会超过150℃后,导致摩擦表面的切向磁场增量减小,甚至出现负值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the rotating friction test was carried out by using 316L ring block and 40Cr Mo disk specimen to study the phenomenon of friction surface magnetization of 40Cr Mo disk specimen during friction, and the effects of sliding speed and load on friction magnetization were discussed. The results show that the magnetic field of friction surface increases with the increase of sliding velocity when the load is large. With the increase of load, the temperature of near surface of friction rises rapidly, the phenomenon of degaussing induced by friction heat becomes more and more obvious, and the increment of magnetic field of friction surface increases first and then decreases. When the load is high, the near surface temperature of friction will exceed 150 鈩,
