泵阀零件机械加工生产线平衡问题研究及其分析软件开发

【摘要】:机械零件生产方案的制定是机械零件制造过程中的重要环节,而且对机械零件的加工质量以及加工效率有着非常显著的影响。泵阀零件是火箭的关键零部件之一。近些年来,我国航空航天事业的快速发展,对泵阀零部件的加工质量以及加工效率提出了愈加严格的要求。目前,该生产线的生产设备分配不合理,导致该生产线存在较严重的不平衡问题,生产能力无法满足泵阀零件日益增长的产量需求。因此,急需对泵阀零件生产线进行平衡优化,充分发挥生产线的加工能力,从而提高泵阀零件生产线的加工质量以及加工效率。本文基于装配线平衡优化理论对泵阀零件生产线平衡问题进行研究和分析,对其工艺信息以及设备信息进行转换处理,建立平衡优化数学模型。为了简化平衡优化数学模型的建立以及求解过程,基于VC++与Matlab联合编程技术开发一套泵阀零件生产线平衡优化分析软件。该软件的主程序框架在VC++MFC环境下进行开发,并通过OLE/COM技术实现泵阀零件工艺信息与生产线设备信息的导入与转换处理,进而建立泵阀零件生产线平衡优化数学模型。针对其特点,对平衡优化求解算法进行研究,并基于蚁群算法的基本原理设计适合于泵阀零件生产线的平衡优化求解算法。通过VC++与Matlab联合编程技术实现基于该平衡优化算法求解模块的开发。针对求解模块生成的结果数据,开发结果后处理模块,实现平衡优化前后工序分析对比图像生成、主要评价参数的计算与对比分析以及将平衡优化方案保存为Excel文档。通过Solidworks软件建立泵阀零件生产线的3D模型库,在Plant Simulation软件中建立泵阀零件生产线平衡优化前后工序的仿真模型。通过仿真结果对泵阀零件生产线平衡优化分析软件的有效性进行验证,并且对平衡优化前后工序进行对比与分析。在Lingo非线性求解软件对泵阀零件生产线平衡优化数学模型进行求解,将求解结果与平衡优化分析软件的求解结果进行对比,进一步对平衡优化分析软件的性能进行评价与分析。泵阀零件生产线平衡优化分析软件的开发,能够简化泵阀零件生产线平衡优化数学模型的建立与求解过程,进而极大地缩短泵阀零件生产线平衡优化方案的制定过程。泵阀零件生产线平衡优化分析软件的开发对提高泵阀零件生产线的生产效率以及加工质量有着十分重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The formulation of production plan for mechanical parts is an important part in the manufacturing process of mechanical parts, and has a very significant impact on the machining quality and efficiency of mechanical parts. Pump valve part is one of the key parts of rocket. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's aerospace industry, the processing quality and processing efficiency of pump valve parts are becoming more and more stringent. At present, the production equipment distribution of the production line is unreasonable, which leads to the serious imbalance problem in the production line, and the production capacity can not meet the increasing demand for pump valve parts. Therefore, it is urgent to optimize the production line of pump valve parts, give full play to the processing ability of the production line, and improve the processing quality and efficiency of the production line of pump valve parts. Based on the balance optimization theory of assembly line, this paper studies and analyzes the balance problem of pump valve parts production line, transforms the process information and equipment information, and establishes the mathematical model of balance optimization. In order to simplify the establishment and solution process of the mathematical model of balance optimization, a software for balance optimization analysis of pump valve parts production line is developed based on VC and Matlab programming technology. The main program frame of this software is developed in VC MFC environment, and the process information of pump valve parts and equipment information of production line are introduced and transformed by OLE/COM technology, and then the mathematical model of balance optimization of pump valve parts production line is established. Based on the basic principle of ant colony algorithm, a balance optimization algorithm suitable for pump valve parts production line is designed. The development of the solution module based on the balanced optimization algorithm is realized by the joint programming technology of VC and Matlab. According to the result data generated by the solution module, the result post-processing module is developed to generate the image of the process analysis and contrast before and after the balance optimization, the calculation and contrast analysis of the main evaluation parameters and the preservation of the balance optimization scheme as Excel document. The 3D model library of pump valve parts production line is established by Solidworks software, and the simulation model of the process before and after balancing optimization of pump valve parts production line is established in Plant Simulation software. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the software for the balance optimization analysis of pump valve parts production line, and compare and analyze the working procedures before and after the balance optimization. The mathematical model of equilibrium optimization of pump valve parts production line is solved by Lingo nonlinear solution software. The results are compared with the results of balance optimization analysis software, and the performance of the software is evaluated and analyzed. The development of software for balance optimization analysis of pump valve parts production line can simplify the process of establishing and solving the mathematical model of the balance optimization of pump valve parts production line, and thus greatly shorten the process of formulating the balance optimization scheme of pump valve parts production line. The development of balance optimization analysis software for pump valve parts production line plays an important role in improving the production efficiency and processing quality of pump valve parts production line.
