重车调车机多齿轮齿条传动分析研究

【摘要】:对重车调车机多个驱动单元之间的不同间距对驱动小齿轮与齿条啮合力以及重车调车机运动平稳性的影响进行了分析。分别采用理论计算和ADAMS软件对重车调车机运动过程中小齿轮与齿条动态特性进行了分析研究。计算结果为重车调车机驱动装置的设计提供了参考。
[Abstract]:The influence of different spacing between several driving units of heavy truck shunting machine on the meshing force of drive pinion and rack and the motion stability of heavy truck shunting machine is analyzed. The dynamic characteristics of pinion and rack during the movement of heavy truck shunting machine were analyzed by theoretical calculation and ADAMS software. The calculation results provide a reference for the design of the driving device of heavy truck shunting machine.
