交替矩形窗口导控激振阀的设计

【摘要】:本研究提出交替矩形窗口导控激振阀的创新设计,该阀由阀体、阀芯、齿轮机构、步进电机等组成,步进电机通过齿轮驱动阀芯旋转,阀芯凸肩上交替矩形窗口机构控制阀芯左右两端压力腔的压力交替变化,驱动阀芯轴向往复运动,控制阀进油口与两控制口交替通断,驱动油缸活塞左右运动产生激振。
[Abstract]:In this study, the innovative design of alternating rectangular window guided vibration valve is proposed. The valve is composed of valve body, valve core, gear mechanism, step motor and so on. The alternating rectangular window mechanism on the convex shoulder of the valve core controls the pressure alternation between the right and left ends of the valve core, drives the valve core axial reciprocating motion, controls the valve inlet and the two control ports alternately breaks, and drives the piston of the cylinder to move left and right to produce exciting vibration.
