变速带传动机构的研究及其应用

【摘要】:带传动机构是机械传动学科中一个重要分支,以其价格便宜、结构简单、过载保护、更换方便等特点得到了广泛的应用。目前使用的带传动机构,主动轮和从动轮分别与轴同心安装,且主、从动轮均作匀速转动。本文提出了一种变速带传动机构,即从动轮偏心安装的带传动机构,该机构的特点是在输入转速不变的情况下,输出转速在一定范围内作周期性变化。并将此机构应用到并条机的圈条机构中,研究发现,使用这种变速带传动机构驱动圈条盘,不仅能满足圈条工艺的要求,而且能增加条筒的容量及避免棉条中短纤维和杂质在圈条斜管内堆积形成一团脏纤维束,即“小老鼠”的产生。本文首先建立变速带传动机构的运动方程,并计算出从动偏心轮的运动规律。然后将此机构作为圈条盘的驱动机构,满足圈条盘变速圈条的要求,这样可以完全防止短纤维和杂质在圈条斜管内堆积形成“小老鼠”。最后再根据从动偏心轮的运动规律,适当调整从动偏心轮的初始安装位置,使圈条盘的棉条出口运动到条筒中心附近的时候转速快,圈放的棉条少;运动到条筒壁附近的时候转速慢,圈放的棉条多。这样棉条在条筒内分布会更加均匀,从而增加条筒容量。
[Abstract]:Belt transmission mechanism is an important branch of mechanical transmission. It has been widely used because of its cheap price, simple structure, overload protection, convenient replacement and so on. At present, the belt drive mechanism, the drive wheel and the slave wheel are installed concentrically with the shaft respectively, and the main and slave wheels are all rotated at uniform speed. In this paper, a variable speed belt transmission mechanism, which is installed from the eccentricity of the driving wheel, is presented. The mechanism is characterized by periodic variation of the output speed in a certain range under the condition of constant input speed. The mechanism is applied to the ring bar mechanism of the drawing frame. It is found that the use of the variable speed belt drive mechanism to drive the coil disk can not only meet the requirements of the coil strip process, Moreover, it can increase the capacity of the tube and avoid the accumulation of short fibers and impurities in the cotton sliver to form a mass of dirty fiber bundles, that is, "little mouse". In this paper, the motion equation of the variable speed belt drive mechanism is established, and the motion law of the driven eccentric wheel is calculated. Then the mechanism is used as the driving mechanism of the coil disk to meet the requirements of the variable speed coil bar, so that the short fiber and impurities can be completely prevented from accumulating in the loop strip inclined tube to form a "small mouse". Finally, according to the motion law of the driven eccentric wheel, the initial installation position of the driven eccentric wheel is adjusted appropriately, so that the speed of the cotton outlet of the coil tray moves to the center of the tube is faster, and the cotton sliver is less laid in the coil. Moving to the wall near the cylinder when the speed is slow, circle put more cotton sliver. In this way, the cotton sliver will be more evenly distributed in the tube, thus increasing the tube capacity.
