盘式永磁涡流驱动器解析建模和分析

【摘要】:在传动装置的分析与设计中,对于永磁或涡流类的设备而言,解析模型往往更加具有机理性。利用基于等效磁路法建立的盘式涡流驱动器的解析模型,分析永磁涡流驱动器的各区域磁导和漏磁,求解出气隙中的磁感应强度,进而推导出转矩公式,并分析各参数变量对于转矩变化的影响。各解析结果分别与有限元法仿真和实验测量数据进行了比较,证明解析算法的合理性和准确性,在盘式永磁涡流驱动器的优化设计和性能分析中具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:In the analysis and design of transmission device, the analytical model is more mechanical for permanent magnet or eddy current equipment. Based on the analytical model of disk eddy current actuator based on equivalent magnetic circuit method, the magnetic conductivity and magnetic flux leakage in each region of permanent magnet eddy current driver are analyzed, the magnetic induction intensity in air gap is solved, and the torque formula is deduced. The influence of each parameter variable on torque variation is also analyzed. The analytical results are compared with the finite element method (FEM) simulation and experimental data, and it is proved that the analytical algorithm is reasonable and accurate. It is of great significance in the optimization design and performance analysis of disk permanent magnet eddy current actuator.
