圆截面三偏心蝶阀的研究与设计

【摘要】:阀门是工业发展过程中必须的控制部件,蝶阀由于结构简单、体积小、启闭迅速等优点,被广泛地用于医疗、交通、化工、冶金、电力、石油、食品等各种领域。三偏心蝶阀采用锥面为密封面,其使用范围广,密封面磨损小,密封性能好,在工业生产中需求量越来越高,使用的工况也越来越严苛。目前国内相对于三偏心蝶阀还缺少合理的设计方法,而且传统的三偏心蝶阀截面是一个椭圆,密封面面积较大,获得同样密封效果所需的力矩也大,并且椭圆密封副安装对中性差,安装较繁琐。本文基于三偏心蝶阀的相关问题,提出了一种圆截面三偏心蝶阀,分析了其干涉和偏心参数之间的关系,开发了相应的干涉检验软件,采用有限元分析软件,对圆截面三偏心蝶阀进行了静力学分析和流体力学分析。具体工作如下:(1)本文详细介绍了三偏心密封形式的结构特点,推导出了阀板的截面方程以及密封面的曲面方程。针对传统三偏心蝶阀的缺点,提出了圆截面三偏心蝶阀,并给出了圆截面三偏心蝶阀密封表面的理论方程,然后讨论了圆截面三偏心蝶阀偏心参数之间的关系和设计方法。(2)研究了蝶阀的力学性能,给出了偏心蝶阀开启和关闭过程中所需力矩的计算公式,针对圆截面三偏心蝶阀推导了其不平衡力矩的计算公式。(3)详细分析了三偏心蝶阀启闭过程中的干涉原理,推导了回转中心的理论区域和范围,提出了一种干涉检验方法,并基于MATLAB软件开发了圆截面三偏心蝶阀干涉检验软件。(4)采用Solidworks软件设计了公称直径DN=300mm圆截面三偏心蝶阀的三维数模,基于ANSYS Workbench平台,对模型进行了有限元分析和CFD仿真,得到了阀门的力学特性和流动规律。
[Abstract]:Valve is a necessary control component in the process of industrial development. Butterfly valve is widely used in medical treatment, transportation, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, petroleum, food and other fields due to its simple structure, small size and quick opening and closing. The triple eccentric butterfly valve adopts cone surface as the sealing surface, it has wide application range, small wear and tear of sealing surface, good sealing performance, the demand in industrial production is higher and higher, and the working conditions used are more and more stringent. At present, relative to the three eccentric butterfly valve in our country, there is still lack of reasonable design method, and the traditional three eccentric butterfly valve section is an ellipse, the sealing surface area is larger, and the moment required to obtain the same sealing effect is also large. And ellipse seal pair installation to neutral difference, installation is more cumbersome. Based on the related problems of triple eccentric butterfly valve, this paper puts forward a kind of circular cross section triple eccentric butterfly valve, analyzes the relationship between interference and eccentricity parameters, develops the corresponding interference checking software, and adopts the finite element analysis software. The static analysis and fluid mechanics analysis of the three eccentric butterfly valve with circular cross section are carried out. The concrete work is as follows: (1) in this paper, the structural characteristics of the triple eccentric seal are introduced in detail, and the cross-section equation of the valve plate and the surface equation of the sealing surface are derived. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional triple eccentric butterfly valve, the circular cross section triple eccentric butterfly valve is put forward, and the theoretical equation of the sealing surface of the circular cross section triple eccentric butterfly valve is given. Secondly, the relationship between the eccentric parameters of the three eccentric butterfly valve with circular section and the design method are discussed. (2) the mechanical properties of the butterfly valve are studied, and the formulas for calculating the torque required in the process of opening and closing of the eccentric butterfly valve are given. The formula for calculating the unbalanced moment of the three eccentric butterfly valve with circular cross section is derived. (3) the interference principle in the process of opening and closing of the three eccentric butterfly valve is analyzed in detail, the theoretical region and range of the center of rotation are deduced, and an interference checking method is put forward. Based on MATLAB software, the interference test software of three eccentricity butterfly valve with circular section is developed. (4) the three-dimensional digital model of three eccentric butterfly valve with nominal diameter DN=300mm is designed by using Solidworks software. Based on ANSYS Workbench platform, the finite element analysis and CFD simulation of the model are carried out. The mechanical characteristics and flow law of the valve are obtained.
