【摘要】：在液压润滑系统日常运行中,由于系统效率低下、油品清洁度不好、24 h照明、辅助设备耗能大等,造成系统能量消耗增大、油品寿命降低、运行成本高等问题,使生产成本增加,降低产品市场竞争力。所以,液压润滑系统节能问题应引起设备管理者的重视。
[Abstract]:In that routine operation of the hydraulic lubrication system, due to the low system efficiency, poor oil cleanliness,24-hour illumination, large energy consumption of the auxiliary equipment and the like, the energy consumption of the system is increased, the service life of the oil product is reduced, the operation cost is high, the production cost is increased, and the market competitiveness of the product is reduced. Therefore, the energy-saving problem of the hydraulic lubrication system should cause the attention of the equipment manager.
