兆瓦级风机低速输入轴轴承疲劳寿命分析与预测方法研究

【摘要】:随着煤炭、石油等能源逐渐减少,生态环境问题日益严峻,风能作为一种不污染环境的绿色能源,在世界各国中越来越受到重视。风力发电机组低速输入轴轴承在风机主传动链中占有重要的地位,其性能的好坏直接影响到风电机组整体运行的可靠性。本文以宁夏银星能源有限公司的1.0MW风机低速输入轴轴承为研究对象,首先,依照风机低速输入轴轴承在全寿命周期下的设计载荷工况,以Hertz点接触理论为基础,计算了 26种工况下低速输入轴轴承滚动体与内、外套圈滚道的接触应力与载荷分布;其次,在Romax Designer软件中建立了风机低速输入轴轴承模型,通过仿真分析得到了 26种工况下低速输入轴轴承滚动体与内、外套圈滚道的接触应力分布云图,并与Hertz理论计算结果作对比,验证Romax Designer软件仿真结果的正确性;在Romax Designer软件中,分别仿真分析了 26种工况下轴承径向游隙与润滑对风机低速输入轴轴承疲劳寿命的影响,得出了当径向游隙为-10μm-0μm、润滑油膜参数在2.437附近时,风机低速输入轴轴承的寿命最高的结论;并对传统的L-P轴承寿命计算公式进行修正,探讨了一种考虑径向游隙的风机低速输入轴轴承寿命预测公式;最后,采用基于结构疲劳与考虑载荷分布的轴承寿命预测方法,结合Miner线性疲劳累计损伤理论对风机低速输入轴轴承进行疲劳寿命预测,并与提出的风机低速输入轴轴承寿命预测公式作对比,验证提出公式的有效性。所得结论可以为风电机组低速输入轴轴承的设计与前瞻性维护提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the gradual reduction of coal, oil and other energy, the ecological environment problem is becoming more and more serious. Wind energy, as a kind of green energy that does not pollute the environment, has been paid more and more attention in the world. The low speed input shaft bearing of wind turbine plays an important role in the main drive chain of wind turbine, and its performance directly affects the reliability of the whole operation of wind turbine. In this paper, the low speed input shaft bearing of 1.0MW fan in Ningxia Yinxing Energy Co., Ltd is taken as the research object. Firstly, according to the design load condition of fan low speed input shaft bearing under the whole life cycle, based on Hertz point contact theory, The contact stress and load distribution between low speed input bearing roller and inner and outer ring raceway under 26 working conditions are calculated. Secondly, the low speed input shaft bearing model of fan is established in Romax Designer software, and the contact stress distribution cloud diagram between low speed input shaft bearing roller and inner and outer ring raceway under 26 working conditions is obtained by simulation analysis. The simulation results of Romax Designer software are verified by comparing with the calculation results of Hertz theory. In Romax Designer software, the effects of bearing radial clearance and lubrication on the fatigue life of fan low speed input shaft bearings under 26 working conditions are simulated and analyzed, and it is concluded that when the radial clearance is-10 渭 m-0 渭 m and the lubrication film parameters are about 2.437, The conclusion that the life of the low speed input shaft bearing of the fan is the highest; The traditional formula for calculating the life of L / P bearing is modified, and a life prediction formula for low speed input shaft bearing of fan considering radial clearance is discussed. Finally, the fatigue life of fan low speed input shaft bearing is predicted by using the bearing life prediction method based on structural fatigue and considering load distribution, combined with Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage theory. Compared with the proposed formula for predicting the life of low speed input shaft bearing of fan, the validity of the formula is verified. The conclusions can be used as a reference for the design and prospective maintenance of low speed input shaft bearings for wind turbines.
