基于熵权理想点法的综合传动装置测试性参数评价

【摘要】:针对综合传动装置测试性参数选择时存在的参数种类多、参数选择缺乏理论指导等问题,提出基于熵权理想点法的综合传动装置测试性参数评价方法。其基本思想是依据综合传动装置可靠性、维修性和可用性有关的使用要求选出待评价的测试性参数,并将使用要求作为测试性参数评价指标,构建指标优属度矩阵,计算评价指标熵权,在此基础上计算加熵权后的指标优属度矩阵的理想点,分析被评价参数与理想点间的贴近度,依据贴近度的值进行排序,获得各参数的优劣顺序。实例分析结果表明:该方法通过指标优属度矩阵获得测试性参数的优劣顺序,为综合传动装置测试性参数选择和指标制定提供依据。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of many kinds of parameters and lack of theoretical guidance in the selection of testability parameters of integrated transmission device, an evaluation method of testability parameters of integrated transmission device based on entropy weight ideal point method is proposed. The basic idea is to select the testability parameters to be evaluated according to the requirements related to the reliability, maintainability and availability of the integrated transmission device, and to take the use requirements as the evaluation index of the testability parameters, and to construct the index superiority matrix. The entropy weight of the evaluation index is calculated, on the basis of which the ideal points of the index dominance matrix after adding entropy weight are calculated, the closeness between the evaluated parameters and the ideal points is analyzed, and the order of each parameter is obtained according to the value of the closeness degree. The results of example analysis show that the method obtains the order of testability parameters through the index dominance matrix, which provides the basis for the selection of testability parameters and the formulation of indexes for integrated transmission devices.
