桥式起重机大车行走变频器频繁跳车故障分析

【摘要】：通过对桥式起重机大车行走变频器频繁跳车问题的分析处理,解决了大车频繁跳车问题,为今后大车必须使用转速配好对的电动机,提出了依据,避免了大范围的停车检查试验工作。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis and treatment of the frequent jump problem of frequency converter of bridge crane, this paper solves the problem of frequent jump of large car, and puts forward the basis for the motor which must use the right rotating speed to match the rotating speed in the future. A wide range of parking inspection tests are avoided.
