激励频率影响下的裂纹转子非线性分析

【摘要】:利用拉格朗日方程建立了非稳态油膜力作用下的转子-定子-轴承系统裂纹故障的力学模型,应用数值分析方法研究了该系统随激励频率变化时的时域波形、轴心轨迹和Poincare截面,揭示了系统分岔特性和进入混沌的途径.研究结果表明,当激励频率作为唯一控制参数时,系统呈现出复杂的非线性动力学行为.该结果为大型旋转机械的故障诊断提供了理论依据.
[Abstract]:The mechanical model of crack fault of rotor-stator-bearing system under the action of unstable oil film force is established by using Lagrange equation. The time-domain waveform, axis trajectory and Poincare cross section of the system with excitation frequency are studied by numerical analysis method, and the bifurcation characteristics of the system and the way into chaos are revealed. The results show that when the excitation frequency is the only control parameter, the system presents complex nonlinear dynamic behavior. The results provide a theoretical basis for fault diagnosis of large rotating machinery.
