基于社会网络分析的建筑施工班组安全信息共享效率研究

【摘要】:建筑业是高风险行业,2015年全国共发生房屋市政工程安全生产事故442起,死亡554人。据统计,90%的建筑安全事故发生在施工班组。作者发现班组安全信息共享能够减少安全事故,有助于提高安全绩效。目前国内外对班组安全信息的研究却少之甚少,对于量化安全信息共享效率的高低也一直缺少行之有效的方法。本文从社会网络分析(Social Network Analysis,简称SNA)的角度出发,量化施工班组这一特定组织安全信息共享效率的高低。本文将包含安全知识在内的各类与安全有关的内容统称为安全信息。从知识管理过渡到信息管理,从安全知识共享过渡到安全信息共享。在社会网络理论系统阐述的基础上,尝试运用SNA中的UCINET软件对施工企业中同一工种的不同班组进行密度和中心度指标的计算,以此来衡量施工班组安全信息共享效率的高低。首先,分析国内外知识管理、安全信息共享、施工班组和SNA理论研究现状和方向。结论指出目前国内外缺少对施工班组安全信息共享的研究,更缺乏对共享程度的量化,为SNA在施工班组安全信息共享效率中的应用做铺垫。其次,研究施工企业生产中安全信息共享机理,对班组安全信息共享因素进行分析。在一定假设基础上建立施工班组安全信息共享效率的数学模型,并进行图像模拟分析,阐述研究安全信息共享效率的重要意义。最终得出结论:提高班组成员共享效率和个人能力效率都可以缩短解决安全问题需要的时间,但提高班组共享效率更加有效。同时指出安全信息共享可以促进员工学习,帮助员工接受新的安全信息和提高安全绩效。接着,建立SNA视角下的班组安全信息共享模型,指出共享行为的网络结构,并阐述密度和中心度指标及其具体含义,为第五章实证案例奠定基础。最后,在案例分析中,运用SNA理论对两个架子工班组安全信息共享效率进行实证分析。运用UCINET软件输出网络关系图,并进行密度和中心度的指标分析,然后对比两个架子工班组安全信息共享效率的高低。结论表明,通过SNA能够透视分析班组中信息共享的状况,发现班组中的关键结点和成员之间的交流路径。同时指出班组内部存在的问题,然后针对发现的问题,提出相应的解决措施。为班组安全建设提供新思路和新方法。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is a high-risk industry, in 2015 the national housing municipal engineering 442 production safety accidents, the death of 554 people. According to statistics, the construction safety accident occurred in 90% of the construction team. The author found that information sharing can reduce safety accidents, help to improve the safety performance. The current domestic and foreign research on safety information have less, to quantify the safety level of efficiency of information sharing has been the lack of effective methods. In this paper, from the analysis of the social network (Social Network Analysis, referred to as SNA) point of view, the efficiency of quantitative construction team this specific organization for security information sharing level. This paper will contain all kinds of safety knowledge, safety related the contents are referred to as safety information. Knowledge management from the transition to the information management, knowledge sharing from the security transition to secure information sharing on social network theory system. On the basis of the calculation, try to use SNA UCINET software in different groups of construction enterprises in the same types of density and centrality index, in order to measure the construction safety information sharing efficiency. Firstly, the analysis of knowledge management at home and abroad, security information sharing, the construction team and the SNA theory research status and direction. The conclusion pointed out that the lack of research at home and abroad on the construction of team safety information sharing, lack of sharing degree of quantification, pave the way for SNA in the construction of team safety information sharing application efficiency. Secondly, study the construction enterprise production safety information sharing mechanism, to analyze the safety factor of information sharing. Under certain assumptions on the establishment of the construction safety information sharing model of efficiency, and the image analysis, the importance of safety information sharing efficiency. The final draw Conclusion: to improve the efficiency of team members sharing and personal ability can shorten the time required to solve the security problem, but to improve the team efficiency of sharing more effective. At the same time that the security information sharing can promote employees to learn, to help employees to accept new safety information and improve safety performance. Then, the establishment of safety information from the perspective of SNA sharing model it is indicated that the network structure sharing behavior, and describes the density and centrality index and specific meaning, lay the foundation for the fifth chapter of the empirical case. Finally, in the case analysis, using the SNA empirical analysis of the theory of sharing efficiency of two. The information security team timberman using UCINET software output network diagram, and analyze the density and centrality the index, and then compare the efficiency of the two safety information sharing level timberman. Results show that the SNA can perspective analysis team The status of information sharing is found, and the key nodes and communication paths between members are found. Meanwhile, the problems existing in the team are pointed out. Then the corresponding solutions are put forward for the problems found, which provide new ideas and new methods for team safety construction.
