西马矿北翼充填采区边界防水煤柱回收的可行性研究

【摘要】:在井田各类煤柱压煤严重,矿井生产接续紧张的情况下,沈阳焦煤集团有限责任公司西马煤矿计划利用似膏体充填的方式对矿井的各类保护煤柱进行回收。论文针对占有大量煤炭储量的采区边界防水煤柱开采方案的可行性进行了研究。 西马矿北翼充填采区边界防水煤柱是针对极富含水性的第四系强含水层留设的。由于煤层倾角较小,防水煤柱的煤层地质储量约占采区总储量的52%。论文研究的关键问题是充填开采后导水裂隙带发育高度的确定。因此,在经研究分析确定充填开采的等效采高的基础上,分别采用理论分析、相似材料模拟和数值模拟等方法对导水裂隙带高度进行了分析,分别计算出导水裂隙带高度。本着安全至上的原则,选取最大可能的导水裂隙带高度作为计算防水煤柱垂高的参数,并依据《三下采煤规程》和《煤矿防治水规定》等规定,确定了防水煤柱的垂高,依次划定煤柱边界后可解放原设计防水煤柱储量的63%。 论文最后对进一步提高防水煤柱回收率的可能性进行了探讨。防水煤柱的大部分回收,大大提高了矿井煤炭资源的利用率,缓解了生产接续紧张的局面,同时也延长了矿井服务年限。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of serious coal pillar compaction in the mine field and the shortage of mine production, Xima Coal Mine of Shenyang Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd. plans to recycle all kinds of protected coal pillars by using plaster filling method.In this paper, the feasibility of the mining plan of waterproofing coal pillar in the mining area with a large amount of coal reserves is studied.The boundary waterproof pillar of filling mining area in the north wing of Xima Mine is reserved for the highly water-bearing Quaternary strong aquifer.Because of the small inclined angle of coal seam, the geological reserves of waterproof coal pillar account for 52% of the total reserves in mining area.The key problem of this paper is the determination of the height of the fracture zone after filling mining.Therefore, on the basis of research and analysis to determine the equivalent mining height of filling mining, theoretical analysis, similar material simulation and numerical simulation are used to analyze the height of the water-conducting fissure zone, and the height of the water-conducting fissure zone is calculated respectively.Based on the principle of safety first, the maximum possible height of water-conducting fissure zone is selected as the parameter of calculating the vertical height of waterproof coal pillar, and the vertical height of waterproof coal pillar is determined according to the rules of "Sanxiao coal mining regulation" and "coal mine water prevention regulation".Delineation of the pillar boundary can liberate the original design waterproof coal pillar reserves 63.Finally, the possibility of further increasing the recovery rate of waterproof coal pillar is discussed.Most of the recovery of waterproof coal pillar has greatly improved the utilization ratio of mine coal resources, alleviated the tense situation of production and extended the service life of mine.
