矿用灭火水凝胶的流变性研究

【摘要】:利用淀粉、引发剂-过硫酸铵、交联剂-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和黏土-高岭土制备了高吸水树脂。确定了制备该树脂各原料的最佳用量。测定了水凝胶的稳态剪切曲线、黏温性、弹性模量和损耗模量,得出结论:该凝胶属于剪切稀释型流体;从室温上升到50℃时表现出轻微的升温稀释现象,温度高于50℃时表现出升温增稠现象;温度达到90℃时,树脂弹性模量开始明显降低,损耗模量开始上升,确定该凝胶适宜的相变温度是90℃。
[Abstract]:Superabsorbent resin was prepared from starch, initiator-ammonium persulfate, crosslinking agent-methylene bisacrylamide and clay-kaolin. The optimum amount of raw materials for preparing the resin was determined. The steady shear curve, viscosity temperature, elastic modulus and loss modulus of hydrogel were measured. It is concluded that the hydrogel belongs to shear-dilute fluid and shows a slight warming dilution phenomenon when it rises from room temperature to 50 鈩,
