不同变质程度煤尘爆炸残留气体特征研究

【摘要】:为分析不同变质程度煤尘爆炸残留气体成分的特征规律,利用水平管道煤尘爆炸实验装置进行了贫瘦煤、肥煤、气煤、长焰煤4种不同变质程度的煤尘爆炸实验,研究了不同变质程度煤尘爆炸后气体残留物含量的差异,并对气体残留物产生机制进行了分析。研究结果对于揭示煤的变质程度与煤尘爆炸气体残留物成分特征的关系以及研究煤尘爆炸机理具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the characteristic law of residual gas composition of coal dust explosion with different metamorphic degree, four kinds of coal dust explosion experiments of lean coal, fat coal, gas coal and long flame coal were carried out by using horizontal pipeline coal dust explosion experimental device. The difference of gas residue content after coal dust explosion with different degrees of metamorphism was studied, and the mechanism of gas residue formation was analyzed. The results are of great significance to reveal the relationship between the metamorphism of coal and the composition characteristics of coal dust explosive gas residues and to study the mechanism of coal dust explosion.
