全尺寸煤层钻孔稳定性的数值模拟研究

【摘要】:基于钻孔周围煤岩力学模型,建立全尺寸钻孔模型,运用FLAC3D进行数值模拟,模拟钻孔周围煤岩的应力、位移分布,并在试验地点进行效果检验。结果表明:钻孔周围煤岩剪应力呈""形状分布;钻孔孔壁顶部和底部位移较大,钻孔形状由圆形逐渐变成椭圆形;模型钻孔走向长度对模拟结果影响较小;采用区域措施消突效果考察,消突效果良好,钻孔孔壁稳定性较好。
[Abstract]:Based on the mechanical model of coal and rock around the borehole, the full-size drilling model is established. The stress and displacement distribution of the surrounding coal and rock are simulated by FLAC3D, and the effect is tested at the test site. The results show that the shear stress of coal and rock around the drilling hole is distributed in the shape of "shape, the top and bottom displacement of hole wall is large, the shape of hole is gradually changed from circle to ellipse, and the strike length of the model has little effect on the simulation results. The results show that the effect of eliminating outburst is good, and the stability of hole wall is better.
