线性求和理论在突发事件应急群决策模型中的应用

【摘要】:为提高突发事件应急决策的科学性,考虑决策主体知识的不完善性及决策的模糊性,综合运用残缺判断矩阵、线性求和理论,建立多决策主体参与的应急群决策方法。引入残缺直觉模糊矩阵,且改进补全矩阵;根据得分值排序法,加权求和所有方案,建立最大化得分值线性规划模型,求得最优决策者权重;利用直觉模糊加权几何(IFWG)算子集结综合直觉偏好值,计算得分函数,并对各方案进行排序择优。算例结果表明,该方法适用于属性权重及专家权重未知的群决策,且减小了专家在决策过程中的不确定性和犹豫性对决策结果的影响,从而提高应急决策的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the scientific nature of emergency decision-making, considering the imperfection of decision-making subject knowledge and the fuzziness of decision-making, the emergency group decision-making method with multi-decision-making subject participation is established by using incomplete judgment matrix and linear summation theory. The incomplete intuitionistic fuzzy matrix is introduced and the complement matrix is improved. according to the score ranking method, the weighted summation of all schemes is established, and the optimal weight of decision makers is obtained by establishing the maximized score linear programming model. The intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric (IFWG) operator is used to aggregate the comprehensive intuitionistic preference value, calculate the score function, and sort and select each scheme. The results of numerical examples show that the method is suitable for group decision with unknown attribute weight and expert weight, and reduces the influence of uncertainty and hesitation on decision results in the decision process, thus improving the effectiveness of emergency decision.
