聚己内酯与羟基磷灰石的复合改性及性能研究

【摘要】:近年来,聚己内酯(Polycaprolactone)在骨组织修复方面的研究备受关注。为了制备理想的骨修复材料,需要让复合材料具有较强力学强度,同时也具有良好的生物活性。而羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite)有良好的的化学稳定性和生物活性,具有良好的骨引导能力。因此,如何将HA加入PCL中制备一种力学强度好,且具有生物活性的骨组织修复复合材料是本文的研究重点。本论文针对以上问题进行了研究,步骤如下:1、PCL/HA复合材料的制备采用溶液共混法制备PCL/HA复合材料,考察溶剂类型、PCL的分子量和改变HA的添加量对复合材料力学性能的影响。并进行了拉伸、红外(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)测试。确定的工艺条件为:二氯甲烷为溶剂,PCL的分子量为80000,HA添加量占总质量10%。2、硅烷类偶联剂对HA改性后与PCL复合材料的性能影响根据制备PCL/HA复合材料的工艺条件,对HA表面进行改性,采用KH-570、KH-560、KH-907三种偶联剂。考察偶联剂体积分数、乙醇与水体积比、pH值、水解时间、偶联时间、偶联温度、蒸干温度对复合材料强度的影响。并对实验结果进行了 IR、XRD、SEM及拉伸测试,确定了改性的工艺条件。对比KH-570、KH-560、KH-907三种硅烷类偶联剂的改性效果,可以发现,KH-560改性后的HA粒径分布均匀,与PCL复合后,能很有效地减少应力集中,因而平均的抗拉伸强度高于其他两种偶联剂,并且在拉伸强度峰值上也高于其他两种偶联剂,达到了 25.1MPa。3、钛酸酯偶联剂对HA改性后与PCL复合性能影响根据制备PCL/HA复合材料的工艺条件,采用钛酸酯偶联剂HY-201对HA进行表面改性。对实验结果进行了 IR、XRD、SEM及拉伸测试,确定了改性的工艺条件。制得的复合材料拉伸强度达到最大值为20.7MPa。钛酸酯类的偶联剂改性效果比硅烷类偶联剂效果较差,应用前景不太广泛。
[Abstract]:In recent years, polycaprolactone (PCL) has attracted much attention in bone tissue repair.In order to prepare ideal bone repair materials, it is necessary to make the composites have strong mechanical strength and good biological activity.Hydroxyapatite has good chemical stability, biological activity and bone guiding ability.Therefore, how to add HA into PCL to prepare a kind of bone tissue repair composite with good mechanical strength and biological activity is the focus of this paper.In this paper, the above problems were studied. The steps are as follows: 1: 1% PCL / HA composite was prepared by solution blending method. The effects of molecular weight of solvent type and the content of HA on the mechanical properties of the composite were investigated.Tensile, IR, SEM and XRD were also measured.The process conditions were determined as follows: the molecular weight of dichloromethane as solvent was 80000m HA 10.2%, the effect of silane coupling agent on the properties of HA modified with PCL composites was carried out according to the process conditions of preparing PCL/HA composites.Three coupling agents KH-570 and KH-560 KH-907 were used.The effects of the volume fraction of coupling agent, the ratio of ethanol to water, pH value, hydrolysis time, coupling time, coupling temperature and evaporation temperature on the strength of the composite were investigated.The experimental results were determined by SEM and tensile test.By comparing the modification effects of KH-570 and KH-560KH-907 silane coupling agents, it can be found that the particle size distribution of HA modified by KH-560 is uniform, and the stress concentration can be reduced effectively when combined with PCL, and the average tensile strength is higher than that of the other two coupling agents.And the peak tensile strength is higher than that of the other two coupling agents, reaching 25.1MPa.3.The effect of titanate coupling agent on the composite properties of HA modified with PCL is based on the process conditions of preparing PCL/HA composites.The surface of HA was modified by titanate coupling agent HY-201.The experimental results were determined by SEM and tensile test.The tensile strength of the composites reached the maximum value of 20.7 MPA.The modification effect of titanate coupling agent is worse than that of silane coupling agent.
