车辙预估模型研究

【摘要】:论文旨在依托汉堡车辙试验建立起高精度的车辙预估模型。对6种混合料进行不同温度与轮载压力下的汉堡车辙试验,以及标准条件下的抗剪强度试验,借助ABAQUS软件计算汉堡车辙试件的最大剪应力;以6种沥青混合料的汉堡车辙深度、试验温度、最大剪应力、抗剪强度和加载次数作为基础参数,通过多元拟合分析,建立起基准速度为66km/h的简化车辙预估模型;基于沥青混合料的时间硬化蠕变模型,理论推导行车速度与路面车辙的关系,将简化的车辙预估模型经速度修正后得到最终的车辙预估模型。研究结果表明,温度对沥青混合料永久变形的影响很大,当其他条件相同时,70℃的车辙深度约为50℃的4.5倍;轮载压力是影响混合料永久变形的另一敏感因素,当其他条件相同时,0.7 MPa的车辙深度约为0.5 MPa的1.7倍;混合料永久变形与加载次数呈非线性关系;所建立的车辙预估模型中的各个变量对方程均有显著意义,实测值与预估值具有很高的拟合度,说明该模型是可接受的,且可预估任意行车速度下的路面车辙。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to establish a high-precision rut prediction model based on the Hamburg rutting test, to carry out the Hamburg rutting test under different temperature and wheel load pressure and the shear strength test under the standard conditions. The maximum shear stress of Hamburg rutting specimen was calculated by ABAQUS software. The rutting depth, test temperature, maximum shear stress, shear strength and loading times of six kinds of asphalt mixtures were taken as the basic parameters, and the multivariate fitting analysis was carried out. A simplified rut prediction model with a benchmark velocity of 66 km / h is established. Based on the time hardening creep model of asphalt mixture, the relationship between driving speed and road rutting is deduced theoretically, and the final rutting prediction model is obtained by modifying the simplified rut prediction model through velocity correction. The temperature has a great effect on the permanent deformation of asphalt mixture, and the rutting depth of 70 鈩,
