【摘要】:山区旅游公路的选线,应尽量与周围景观环境相协调,建立景观生态公路系统。而路线方案走向的科学性以及合理性,是建设项目能否达到预期效果的关键所在。目前,在工程实际当中,传统的公路选线仅考虑技术与经济因素,忽视景观生态环境,造成景观生态环境的破坏。因此,建立一套综合的线路评价模型是很有必要的。本论文以广西大明山山区旅游公路工程为依托,针对山区旅游公路路线方案优选问题,结合大明山旅游保护区的特点,提出山区旅游公路选线的原则、依据及影响因素;分析确定了大明山旅游区公路线形方案的安全、景观生态环境、技术、经济和社会环境五个方面评价指标并建立评价指标体系,选用层次分析法从考虑景观生态环境因素影响及忽略其影响两方面对路线方案优选进行探讨并确定了评价体系准则层、指标层的权重;结合模糊综合评价法,建立了综合评价模型,并对大明山山区旅游公路两个备选方案进行模糊综合评价,优选备用方案,得出比较合理、可靠的结果。评价结果表明该模型具有较强的实用性。
[Abstract]:Line selection of mountain scenic highway, should be in harmony with the surrounding landscape, a landscape ecological highway system. The route scheme to the science and rationality, is the key construction project can achieve the desired effect. At present, in the actual engineering, the traditional road line selection only considering technical and economic factors, ignore the landscape ecological environment, landscape caused by the destruction of the ecological environment. Therefore, to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of the line is very necessary. This paper takes Guangxi Damingshan mountain tourism highway project, aiming at the optimization of mountain tourism highway route scheme, combined with the characteristics of Daming Mountain Tourism in protected area, the mountainous tourist road selection the principle, basis and influence factors; analysis of the Daming Mountain tourist area of highway alignment safety, landscape ecological environment, technology, economic and social environment of the five aspects of evaluation Indicators and establish the evaluation index system, AHP from considering the influence of landscape ecological environment factors and neglecting the effect of the two aspects of route scheme optimization are discussed and determined the evaluation system of rule layer, index layer; combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, set up the comprehensive evaluation model, and the tourism highway in Daming mountain mountain two an alternative scheme by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, optimization plan, that is more reasonable and reliable results. The evaluation results show that this model has strong practicality.
