【摘要】:本文研究了压力拱边界,对其影响因素进行了探讨,包括探究埋深、围岩力学性质和跨度对压力拱边界的影响,在此基础上进行了非线性回归,得到围岩压力临界埋深和计算边界的表达式,进而得到基于压力拱理论的围岩压力公式。将强度折减法应用在铁路隧道中,仅折减粘聚力或内摩擦角结果差别太大,又考虑到两者发挥作用的时机和程度不同,通过理论推导和数值模拟探究两个变量之间存在的联系,进而推导出安全系数的表达式。但是,岩石的变形参数和强度参数之间存在内部联系,两种参数之间一个变化会导致另一个也随之变化。总结了弹性模量与抗剪切强度的关系、泊松比与内摩擦角的关系和抗拉强度与抗剪切强度之间的关系,提出了八种不同的折减方案。最后得出,同时考虑变形参数与强度参数协调折减的方案所得的安全系数最小,按此方案设计最安全。复合式衬砌是由初期支护和二次衬砌共同构成的承载体系,但是这两种结构在复合式衬砌中的作用目前依然存在不同认识。本文通过大型软件ANSYS进行了数值模拟,并作出了理论推导。分析了复合式衬砌中初期支护和二次衬砌变形协调的关系,以圆形隧道为研究对象,理论推导出二次衬砌的荷载承担比例,并且用ANSYS进行了验证。并讨论了荷载分担比例受支护厚度和侧压力系数的影响。
[Abstract]:This paper studied the pressure arch boundary, discusses the influence factors, including the exploration depth, the mechanical properties of surrounding rock and the influence of span arch boundary pressure, on the basis of the nonlinear regression, obtained the critical depth of rock pressure and boundary, and then get the rock pressure formula based on pressure arch theory. Strength reduction method applied in railway tunnel, only the reduction of cohesion or internal friction angle of the difference is too large, and considering the timing and extent of both play the role of different inquiry between two variables through theoretical derivation and numerical simulation, and then derive the expression of safety factor. However, there is internal contact between the deformation parameters and strength parameters of rock, between the two parameters of a change will lead to another change. The relationship between elastic modulus and shear strength are summarized, and the Poisson's ratio The relationship between tensile strength and internal friction angle and shear strength, put forward eight kinds of different reduction schemes. Finally, considering the safety coefficient of deformation parameters and strength parameters of the coordinated reduction scheme is minimum, designed by this scheme. The security of composite lining is composed of bearing system support and two lining early, but the effect of these two kinds of structure in the composite lining in at present there are still different understanding. Through large software ANSYS numerical simulation is carried out, and made a theoretical derivation. The supporting and two lining initial deformation coordination relationship of composite lining in the analysis to circular tunnel as the research object, theory of two lining load ratio, and verified by ANSYS. And discussed the load sharing ratio by supporting the thickness and lateral pressure coefficient.
