【摘要】:近年来,我国道路与铁路事业蓬勃发展。截至2014年底,中国大陆高速公路的通车总里程达11.2万公里,居世界第一位;到2020年,预计我国铁路通车里程将会达到12万公里以上。在高速建设的同时不可避免的会遇到各种各样的施工技术问题,软土路基处理技术就是其中一个比较常见的问题。本文介绍了软土地基的概念,总结了软土地基处理技术的发展状况,并以某工程为例,针对工程中出现的问题,运用软土地基理论进行分析,最终给出符合实际的解决方法。本文介绍了东通道前庄铁路软土地基段的基本概况,指出了路基施工中出现的沉陷问题。针对此工程问题,对勘察、设计和施工进行分析,运用有限元分析法,明确产生路基塌陷下滑的原因,根据工程实际制定软土地基处理方案,将该路堤地段水泥砂浆桩变更为预应力混凝土管桩,经过计算验证和工后监测,处理效果良好。此外,本论文还提出了在遇到地基塌陷问题时的工作流程以及处理办法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's road and railway development. By the end of 2014, Chinese, highway mileage reached 112 thousand kilometers, ranking first in the world; by 2020, is expected to China's railway mileage will reach 120 thousand kilometers or more. Construction technology in high speed construction at the same time inevitably will encounter a variety of the soft soil subgrade treatment technology, which is a more common problem. This paper introduces the concept of soft soil foundation, summarizes the development condition of the soft soil foundation treatment technology, taking a project as an example, according to the present problems in engineering, using the theory of soft soil foundation are analyzed, the final solution is consistent with the actual this paper introduces the basic situation of the east channel before the railway Zhuang softground, pointed out that the settlement of problems in roadbed construction. For this project, the survey, design and construction of Analysis of the application of finite element analysis, a clear cause of subgrade subsidence decline, according to the formulation of soft soil foundation treatment scheme of engineering practice, the embankment of cement mortar pile change for prestressed concrete pipe pile, through calculation and monitoring after construction, the treatment effect is good. Besides, the paper also puts forward some problems encountered in foundation subsidence the working process and treatment measures.
