【摘要】:近年来,随着环渤海经济一体化进程的加快和水上交通运输业的发展,进出渤海湾船舶流量不断增加。作为进出渤海湾的主要通道之一,老铁山水道的船舶通航密度不断加大。同时,各种自然条件的变化、海域内主要渔场以及非货运船舶的影响,加大了老铁山水道的通航环境的复杂性,交通危险度也随之增加,给船舶航行安全带来极大威胁。因此,扩宽升级老铁山水道的需求和呼声越来越大。本文通过对近年来老铁山水道及附近水域通航环境与交通事故进行统计,分析老铁山水域通航特点和交通规律,结合未来几年环渤海湾主要港口发展形势,论证分析老铁山水道拓宽的可行性和必要性。在国内外现有研究方法和成果的基础上,考虑标准船型换算、船舶安全领域、航道饱和度以及航道通过能力等因素,本文采用交通流模型计算和模糊综合评价方法,将能见度、风、流、航道宽度、航道交叉状况和交通量等因素作为评价老铁山水道危险度的指标,建立交通评价指标并对水道潜在通航风险进行计算和评估,分别对水道拓宽值进行分析计算,并从中选出最佳的计算方案,得出未来10年老铁山水道拓宽规划结论。最后,本文根据船舶大型化发展趋势和水域防污染的需要,提出了老铁山水道拓宽可行性解决方案;并按照水上交通现代化管理趋势和要求,对拓宽后的老铁山水道安全管理提出了具体的实施建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the Bohai economic integration and to accelerate the process of water transportation industry, and out of Bohai Bay ship traffic is increasing. As one of the main channel and out of the Gulf of Bohai, the ship traffic density LaoTieShan increasing. At the same time, a variety of natural conditions, main fishing ground and non cargo ship that increased the complexity of the navigation environment of the LaoTieShan channel, traffic risk also increased, to bring great threat to the security of ship navigation. Therefore, widening the LaoTieShan demand and upgrade more and more voices. This paper carries on the statistics to the waters in recent years and near LaoTieShan channel navigation environment and traffic accidents, analysis of old iron mountain area navigation the characteristics and laws of traffic, with the next few years the development situation of Bohai Bay ring main port, analysis is feasible and necessary to broaden the LaoTieShan channel . based on the domestic and foreign existing research methods and results, considering the standard form of conversion, the ship safety field, saturation and waterway waterway capacity and other factors, this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and calculation of traffic flow model, the visibility, wind, flow, channel width, cross channel condition and traffic factors as evaluation LaoTieShan risk index, establish traffic evaluation index and calculation and evaluation of the potential risk of navigable waterway, waterway widening value analysis, and select the best scheme in the next 10 years old Tieshan waterway widening planning conclusion. Finally, according to the needs of large ships and the development trend of water pollution prevention the proposed LaoTieShan channel to broaden the feasible solutions; and in accordance with the water transportation modernization management trends and requirements, to widen the old iron mountain road The full management proposed specific implementation proposals.
