【摘要】:在我国,混合交通流是城市交通的特色,在今后的很长一段时间,这一局面仍将持续下去。信号灯的设置能有效地从时间上分离各交通流,减少冲突点。然而,右转机动车通常不受信号灯的控制,与行人的冲突不可避免。如何有效地解决右转机动车与行人的冲突,是本文所要探讨的问题,这既是缓解交叉口拥堵,改善道路运行效率的要求,也是以人为本理念的体现。论文首先对人车冲突相关概念进行定义,提出以“群”为单位研究行人的交通特性,将冲突点的定义延伸为冲突区域,更好地反映人车冲突特性。采用视频法对选择的典型交叉口进行调查,基于调查数据对行人和右转车交通特性进行分析,包括行人群的到达和速度分布,右转车的车头时距和速度分布,并分析冲突对两者交通特性的影响规律。基于交通冲突技术,突破以往研究中采用单一指标交通冲突率的局限,考虑行人空间需求,选取空间安全度和交通冲突率两个指标,分析这两指标的有效性及指标值的计算方法。分析并改进经典的白化值函数,采用改进的灰色聚类法对右转机动车与行人冲突区域的安全性进行评价,确定各区域的安全等级。提出行人与右转车冲突系统人均延误模型,将与行人冲突的两股右转车流分为均不受控、单股受控和两股受控,分析这三种情况下人均延误的变化情况。针对典型四相位十字交叉口,在不同行人与右转车流量下计算三种情形的人均延误得到右转相位设置的临界流量曲线。给出右转专用相位具体设置方法,并结合实例对设置效果进行评价。
[Abstract]:In our country, mixed traffic flow is the characteristic of urban traffic, and this situation will continue for a long time in the future. The setting of signal light can effectively separate traffic flow from time and reduce conflict point. The right-turn vehicle is usually not controlled by the signal lights, and conflicts with pedestrians are inevitable. How to effectively solve the conflict between right-turn vehicles and pedestrians is the problem to be discussed in this paper, which is not only to alleviate traffic congestion at intersections. The requirement of improving the efficiency of road operation is also the embodiment of the people-oriented concept. Firstly, this paper defines the concepts related to the conflict between people and vehicles, and proposes to study the traffic characteristics of pedestrians with "group" as the unit. The definition of conflict point is extended to conflict area to better reflect the conflict characteristics of people and vehicles. The video method is used to investigate the typical intersection selected. Based on the survey data, the traffic characteristics of pedestrians and right-hand interchanges are analyzed. It includes the arrival and speed distribution of the people, the time distance and velocity distribution of the right turn, and analyzes the impact of conflict on the traffic characteristics of the two, based on traffic conflict technology. Break through the limitation of traffic conflict rate of single index in previous research, consider pedestrian space demand, select two indexes of space safety and traffic conflict rate. The validity of the two indexes and the calculation method of the index value are analyzed. The classical whitening value function is analyzed and improved. The improved grey clustering method is used to evaluate the safety of right-turn vehicle and pedestrian conflict area. To determine the security level of each region. Proposed pedestrian and right-hand conflict system per capita delay model, and the pedestrian conflict of the two right-turn flow is divided into uncontrolled, single-share controlled and two-share control. The variation of per capita delay in these three cases is analyzed. The critical flow curve of the right turn phase setting is obtained by calculating the per capita delay in three cases under different pedestrian and right turn traffic flow. The specific setting method of the right turn specific phase is given, and the effect of the setting is evaluated with an example.
