【摘要】:隧道工程是我国山区铁路建设的控制性工程之一,新奥法隧道施工技术从推广至今己有30余年的历史,人们在工程建设中逐渐认识到,工程地质勘察、设计和施工形成系统化、信息化一体的思想非常重要,现代的理论和方法认为,隧道工程建设中,应该在施工前、施工过程中和施工后不断注意对地质条件与施工状况信息的收集,将监测信息通过科学的分析和预测,及时地反馈到设计并指导施工,达到优化工程建设的目的,因此引入了信息化设计与施工理论。论文在前人的研究成果基础上,以隧道信息化施工的基本理论和方法为依据,以实现隧道施工信息管理和掌子面数字地质编录为主,并以监测数据为基础,通过程序分析处理,预测隧道围岩稳定性和变化趋势。利用现代的软件技术开发界面友好、方便实用的应用软件,并在叙大铁路的乐园隧道施工中得到了应用。通过研究,获得以下成果:(1)归纳总结传统信息化施工的理论和方法,阐述信息化施工的基本原理和方法。介绍了隧道安全监测的内容和方法,并以监控量测控制标准为依据建立了基于监控量测的隧道安全预报机制。并且,对传统信息化施工内容进行了拓展,将掌子面地质调查、隧道围岩分级、超前地质预报也纳入到了信息化施工范畴。(2)采用面向对象的交互式程序设计思路,选择Visual Studio 2010作为应用程序开发平台,SQL Server 2008为数据库操作平台,以隧道信息化施工的基本理论和方法为技术体系,开发隧道信息化施工与灾害预测软件Web服务器端,软件主要集成用户信息管理、施工信息管理、围岩分级和围岩稳定性分析等主要功能模块。(3)以Eclipse为开发环境,JAVA为程序开发语言,开发设计基于Andriod移动平台的隧道信息化施工子系统安卓客户端,系统主要集成隧道纵剖面设计信息查询和掌子面地质编录模块,利用HTTP协议和网络通信技术,实现安卓客户端向Web服务器端系统读取和写入数据,完成了掌子面离线编录和在线系统管理的功能。(4)该系统在乐园隧道施工中的应用,安卓客户端子系统的掌子面地质编录功能能够实现快速完成开挖掌子面数字地质编录,并将编录信息上传服务器端保存管理,Web服务器端系统能够实现隧道施工量测信息的有效管理,通过对特征断面监测数据的分析处理预测隧道围岩稳定性,整个软件基本能满足工程建设要求,实现隧道信息化施工。
[Abstract]:Tunnel engineering is one of the control projects of railway construction in mountainous area of our country. The construction technology of Neo-Aofa Tunnel has been extended for more than 30 years. The idea of systematization and information integration of design and construction is very important. Modern theory and method think that tunnel construction should be before construction. During and after construction, we pay more attention to the collection of geological conditions and construction status information, through scientific analysis and prediction, timely feedback to design and guide construction. To achieve the purpose of optimizing the construction of the project, so the introduction of information design and construction theory. On the basis of previous research results, the paper based on the basic theory and method of tunnel information construction. It is based on the realization of tunnel construction information management and digital geological cataloguing of palm face, and based on the monitoring data, it is analyzed and processed by program. The stability and change trend of surrounding rock of tunnel are predicted. The application software with friendly interface and convenient and practical application is developed by using modern software technology, and it is applied in the tunnel construction of Xuda Railway Paradise. Get the following achievements: 1) summarize the theory and method of traditional information construction, expound the basic principle and method of information construction, introduce the content and method of tunnel safety monitoring. Based on the control standard of monitoring and measurement, the tunnel safety prediction mechanism based on monitoring measurement is established. Furthermore, the traditional information construction content is expanded, and the geological survey of the face of the palm and the surrounding rock classification of the tunnel are carried out. Advanced geological forecast is also included in the category of information construction. (2) Visual Studio 2010 is chosen as the application program development platform using the idea of object oriented interactive program design. SQL Server 2008 is the operation platform of database. The basic theory and method of tunnel information construction is taken as the technical system, and the Web server of tunnel information construction and disaster prediction software is developed. The software mainly integrates user information management, construction information management, surrounding rock classification and surrounding rock stability analysis and other main functional modules. 3) using Eclipse as the development environment and Java as the programming language. The development and design of tunnel information construction subsystem based on Andriod mobile platform Android client, the system is mainly integrated tunnel longitudinal profile design information query and palm geological cataloguing module. Using HTTP protocol and network communication technology, the Android client can read and write data to the Web server system. The function of off-line cataloging and on-line system management is completed.) the application of this system in the construction of paradise tunnel is completed. Android client subsystem of the palmtop geological cataloguing function can quickly complete the excavation palm face digital geological cataloguing, and upload the cataloguing information to the server side of the storage management. Web server-side system can realize the effective management of tunnel construction measurement information. The whole software can basically meet the requirements of engineering construction through the analysis and processing of characteristic section monitoring data to predict the stability of tunnel surrounding rock.
