厦深铁路榕江特大桥主桥车-桥耦合振动分析

【摘要】:厦深铁路榕江特大桥主桥为(110+2×220+110)m下承式大跨度刚性桁梁柔性拱组合体系桥。为了解其在设计时速下车-桥系统的动力性能,基于ANSYS软件建立全桥有限元模型,分析其自振特性,采用SIMPACK和ANSYS联合数值仿真分析方法,计算CRH2动车组列车运行时桥梁和列车组的动力响应,并与现场实测值和规范限值进行对比,评价该桥在列车设计时速下车-桥系统的安全性和舒适性。结果表明:双线行车可有效减小桥梁跨中的横向振动,但对列车响应的影响很小;车速250km/h时桥梁各动力响应值均大于车速220km/h时的值,且均满足规范限值;在各工况下,列车组的车辆脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力和车体加速度均小于标准限值,舒适性指标均为优或良,列车运行安全性和舒适性满足规范要求。
[Abstract]:The main bridge of Xiamen Shenzhen railway bridge for Rongjiang (110+2 * 220+110) type of Large Span Rigid truss girder and flexible arch combination system bridge under m. In order to understand the car - in the design speed of bridge system dynamic performance, the ANSYS software to establish the finite element model of the whole bridge based on the analysis of its vibration characteristics, analysis method of using SIMPACK and ANSYS combined with numerical simulation calculation and dynamic response of the bridge of the train CRH2 EMU trains running, and the specification limits and compared with the measured value, the evaluation of the bridge to get off on the train - bridge system design speed of safety and comfort. The results show that the two lane can effectively reduce the transverse vibration of bridge. But the influence of train response is very small; when the speed of 250km/h bridge dynamic response speed values are greater than the 220km/h value, and all meet the specification limits; in the condition of the train derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate, cross axle Both the acceleration and the acceleration of the car body are less than the standard limit, and the comfort indexes are both excellent or good, and the safety and comfort of the train meet the requirements of the standard.
