【摘要】:近数十年来,预应力混凝土连续刚构桥在我国大规模应用于交通建设中。但是经实际统计发现,很多桥梁都有不同程度的病害,尤其是0#块部位,容易产生多种裂缝,桥梁的耐久性遭受严重破坏。本文统计现有拟建连续刚构桥图纸,分析统计并总结主跨100m左右的PC连续箱梁0#段箱梁截面的构造尺寸特点以及各构件的配筋率范围。以某预应力连续刚构桥为工程背景,通过建立0#段精细化的空间有限元模型并进行弹性计算,分析研究0#段空间应力分布规律,认定最大悬臂施工阶段为最不利阶段。对某大桥进行构造尺寸等参数进行受力敏感性分析,得出参数变化时各构件详细的应力变化情况。并依据统计结果得到较合理的构造尺寸。针对100m连续刚构桥,0#块高度可以取为5.8m、6m;腹板厚为70cm~80cm,底板厚为80cm~100cm。对0号段进行空间塑性受力分析,模拟0#段开裂位置的裂缝发展过程。并对各构件的配筋率做敏感性分析,得出了不同配筋率时各构件受力的变化。增加配筋率对结构应力分布影响较小。100m连续刚构桥0#块各构件配筋率可依据统计结果和规范拟定出合理范围。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge has been widely used in traffic construction in China. However, it is found that many bridges have different degrees of disease, especially in the part of 0#. It is easy to produce a variety of cracks, and the durability of the bridge is seriously damaged. This paper makes statistics on the existing drawings of the proposed continuous rigid frame bridge. This paper analyzes and summarizes the structural size characteristics of the section of PC continuous box girder with a main span of 100 m or so and the range of reinforcement ratio of each member. Taking a prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge as the engineering background. By establishing a fine spatial finite element model of 0# segment and carrying out elastic calculation, the spatial stress distribution law of 0# section is analyzed and studied. The maximum cantilever construction stage is considered as the most disadvantageous stage. The structural dimensions and other parameters of a bridge are analyzed for the stress sensitivity. According to the statistical results, the reasonable structural size is obtained. The height of the block of 100m continuous rigid frame bridge can be taken as 5.8 mb or 6m. The thickness of web is 70 cm / m ~ (80) cm, and the thickness of bottom plate is 80 cm ~ (10) cm. The spatial plastic force of section 0 is analyzed. The crack development process at the crack location of 0# section is simulated and the sensitivity analysis of the reinforcement ratio of each component is made. The influence of reinforcement ratio on the stress distribution of the structure is less. 100m continuous rigid frame bridge with different reinforcement ratio can draw up a reasonable range according to the statistical results and specifications. .
