【摘要】:目前,桥梁结构现场检测的方法主要包括静动力荷载试验、结构现状检查、结构缺陷和耐久性无损检测等,其中桥梁荷载试验以其可靠性高、针对性强等特点被得到广泛应用,也是桥梁承载力评定较为有效和被行业广泛认可的方法。本文就提高基于静测参数桥梁结构性能评测结果的客观性进行了研究与探讨,主要内容包括:①讨论了基于桥梁荷载试验结构性能评价的背景、目的和意义及我国桥梁结构性能评测的发展沿革,在此基础上分析和探讨了基于静测参数桥梁结构性能评测的现状和存在的不足;②通过对结构实测应变受温度影响的定量分析,给出了保证简支梁桥实测应变可靠性的温度允许波动范围的建议值;③针对荷载试验中挠度测试的主要测试方法,定量分析了标尺倾斜、地球曲率、大气折光等因素对挠度实测结果的影响程度,并提出合理建议;④通过对111个桥梁荷载试验实测样本数据的分析研究,给出了四种常见桥型的挠度、应力校验系数取值的常值范围,同时就如何保证结构性能评价客观性、规范合理应用、意外情况处置、实测校验系数统计规律、混凝土拱桥截面应力校验系数取值离散性等进行了深入的研究和探讨,并提出合理化建议,具有较高的参考价值;⑤在分析实测相对残余指标易受难以避免测量误差影响而导致失真和客观性较差的原因的基础上,就如何合理解读和应用相对残余指标客观评价结构性能展开分析,提出了基于不同实测结果量值采用不同相对残余控制值的评价方法;⑥就基于静测参数对评价结果客观性的影响因素进行了系统分析和研究,对铺装层厚度、横向加载偏差、弹性模量取值等对校验系数的影响进行了定量分析。
[Abstract]:At present, the methods of bridge structure field testing mainly include static and dynamic load test, structural status check, structural defect and durability nondestructive testing, among which the reliability of bridge load test is high. Characteristics such as strong pertinence have been widely used. It is also a more effective and widely accepted method of bridge bearing capacity evaluation. This paper studies and discusses how to improve the objectivity of bridge structure performance evaluation results based on static survey parameters. The main contents include: 1, the background, purpose and significance of the structural performance evaluation based on the bridge load test, and the development and evolution of the performance evaluation of the bridge structure in China are discussed. On this basis, the present situation and shortcomings of structural performance evaluation of bridges based on static survey parameters are analyzed and discussed. (2) through the quantitative analysis of the effect of the temperature on the measured strain of the structure, the suggested value of the allowable fluctuation range of the temperature to guarantee the reliability of the measured strain of the simply supported beam bridge is given. (3) in view of the main testing methods of deflection in load test, the influence degree of scale inclination, earth curvature and atmospheric refraction on the measured deflection results is quantitatively analyzed, and some reasonable suggestions are put forward. 4 through the analysis and study of the measured data of 111 bridge load test samples, this paper gives the constant range of deflection and stress check coefficient of four common bridge types, and how to ensure the objectivity of structural performance evaluation. The reasonable application of the specification, the disposal of the accident situation, the statistic law of the measured check coefficient and the discreteness of the stress check coefficient of the concrete arch bridge are studied and discussed in depth, and some reasonable suggestions are put forward. It has high reference value; (5) based on the analysis of the causes of distortion and poor objectivity caused by the relative residual indexes easily affected by the difficult to avoid the measurement errors. Based on the analysis of how to reasonably interpret and apply the relative residual index to objectively evaluate the structure performance, an evaluation method with different relative residual control values based on different measured results is put forward. 6. The factors influencing the objectivity of evaluation results based on static measurement parameters are systematically analyzed and studied, and the effects of pavement thickness, lateral loading deviation and elastic modulus on the calibration coefficient are quantitatively analyzed.
