泉州闽运的发展战略研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国的道路运输业取得了长足进步。交通基础设施越来越完善、越来越便利人们的生活,从高速到高铁,再到轻轨和机场都在以极快的速度建设并向前发展,可以说不断的呈现出网络化的特征,也具有极为明显的立体性,滴滴、专车等移动网约车平台的喷井化,传统国有道路运输客运企业与铁路、民航、网约车之间的竞争日趋白热化,往日分光难现,发展前景堪忧。泉州闽运作为泉州市规模最大的道路客运企业,伴随高铁的普及和全面推广应用、旅客量下滑越来越快,而私家车对应的保有量则是呈现飞速增长的态势,同时同行间的激烈竞争、互联网+时代下科技公司的插足跨界,在如此新形势和新挑战下,应如何向规模化、规范化、多元化企业方向转型发展,是丞待解决的一大课题。本文以企业战略管理的基本理论为基础,通过对泉州闽运发展历史背景、外部环境、内部环境分析,借助诸多数据、实证以及信息和铁路、公路与民航的整体发展情况进行比对,并从企业自身在不同历史时期的经营数据出发予以比较,运用SWOT分析法系统地分析了泉州闽运的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,找出企业的核心竞争力和存在的问题,基于保证长远发展的目的考量,相信企业一定要转变发展战略,从原来的增长型转变为多元化。最终根据企业战略管理相关理论和泉州闽运存在的现实问题,为未来战略的发展走向、发展模式予以确定,同时根据业务模块进行经营战略以及实施措施的具体制定,并给予对应的实施保障。本研究于泉州闽运这一处在转型发展阶段的企业来讲,实际意义非常明显,于相同行业的其他经营主体来讲,在发展过程中,同样有参考价值。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's road transport industry has made considerable progress. Transport infrastructure is becoming more and more perfect, more and more convenient for people to live, from high-speed to high-speed rail. Then to the light rail and airport are building and developing at a very fast speed, can be said to continue to show the characteristics of networking, but also has a very obvious three-dimensional, DiDi, special car and other mobile network ride-sharing platform spray well. The competition between the traditional state-owned road transport passenger transport enterprises and railway, civil aviation, network ride-sharing is becoming more and more intense, and it is difficult to share light in the past, so the development prospect is worrying. Quanzhou Fujian is the largest road passenger transport enterprise in Quanzhou. With the popularity and comprehensive application of high-speed rail, passenger volume is declining more and more rapidly, while the corresponding private car ownership is showing a rapid growth trend, while the fierce competition among peers. In the Internet era, the technology companies cross the border, in such a new situation and new challenges, how to scale, standardization, diversification of enterprises in the direction of transformation and development. Based on the basic theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper analyzes the historical background, external environment and internal environment of Quanzhou Minyun by means of a lot of data. Empirical and information and railway, highway and civil aviation development of the overall situation compared, and from the enterprise in different historical periods of business data to compare. This paper systematically analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Quanzhou Fujian Movement by using SWOT analysis method, and finds out the core competitiveness and existing problems of the enterprises, considering the purpose of ensuring long-term development. It is believed that enterprises must change their development strategy from the original growth type to diversification. Finally according to the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management and the practical problems existing in Quanzhou Fujian Movement the development trend of the future strategy will be taken. The development model is determined, at the same time according to the business module business strategy and implementation measures of the specific formulation, and give corresponding implementation protection. This study in Quanzhou Minyun in the transformation and development stage of the enterprise. The actual meaning is very obvious, in the same industry other management main body, in the development process, also has the reference value.
