【摘要】:近年来,各城市加快建设和完善地面交通系统,趋于完善的地面交通系统在一定程度上缓解了交通拥堵,但仍满足不了市民的需求,人们开始把目光转向发展地下交通系统,各种地下交通设施应运而生。这些地下隧道的施工,将会不可避免的下穿既有建筑物或者既有管线、线路。然而,无论是那种形式的下穿隧道,它的开挖必然会扰动地层,引发地表沉降,该沉降会使邻近建筑产生倾斜、扭曲等不良现象。如果不采取适当施工方法和保护加固措施就可能会发生过量变形,轻则裂开,重则倒塌,给国家造成巨大的经济损失和不良社会影响。故分析下穿隧道的施工对地面建筑物的影响并对其安全性进行预测评估成了迫切需要研究的课题。本文以新乡市平原路疏堵保障工程下穿新乡火车站站房隧道为背景,通过数值模拟计算,找出下穿隧道合理施工方案,并分析隧道施工对火车站站房的影响。论文主要包括以下几个部分:(1)综合分析多种超前支护措施和施工方法各自的优缺点及适用条件,结合本工程地质条件及环境因素,得出本工程下穿隧道应采用管幕注浆超前支护措施,施工方法应采用交叉中隔壁法(CRD法)或箱涵顶进法。(2)本文通过FLAC3D有限差分软件模拟隧道施工过程,对CRD法超前支护方案进行优化,考虑四种超前支护方案,分别是φ108大管棚加φ42小导管方案、φ600管幕水平加固方案、φ600管幕周边加固方案、φ300管幕周边加固方案。通过数值模拟计算分析,得出CRD法最优超前支护方案为φ300管幕周边加固方案。在此基础上,研究此方案下隧道施工对上方站房的影响规律。(3)将管幕周边方案与箱涵顶进法相结合,通过数值模拟计算,研究其施工引起的箱涵周边位移及对上方站房的影响规律,并与管幕超前支护措施下CRD法施工方案作对比分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, cities speed up the construction and improvement of the ground transportation system, tend to improve the ground traffic system to a certain extent to alleviate traffic congestion, but still can not meet the needs of the public. People begin to turn their eyes to the development of underground transportation systems, and various underground transportation facilities come into being. The construction of these underground tunnels will inevitably go down through existing buildings or existing pipelines and lines. No matter what kind of underpass tunnel, its excavation will inevitably disturb the formation, causing ground subsidence, which will cause the adjacent building to tilt. If we do not take appropriate construction methods and protection and reinforcement measures, there may be excessive deformation, light cracking, heavy collapse. It is an urgent task to analyze the influence of tunnel construction on ground buildings and to predict and evaluate its safety. Under the original road sparse block protection project under the Xinxiang railway station station room tunnel as the background. Through numerical simulation calculation, find out the reasonable construction plan of the underpass tunnel. The paper mainly includes the following parts: 1) Comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions of various advanced supporting measures and construction methods. Combined with the geological conditions and environmental factors of the project, it is concluded that the pipe curtain grouting advance support measures should be adopted in the tunnel under the project. The method of construction should adopt the method of crossing middle and next door) or the method of jacking of box culvert. This paper simulates the construction process of tunnel with FLAC3D finite difference software and optimizes the advance support scheme of CRD method. Four advanced support schemes are considered, which are 蠁 108 pipe shed plus 蠁 42 small ducts, 蠁 600 pipe curtain horizontal reinforcement and 蠁 600 pipe curtain peripheral reinforcement. Through numerical simulation and analysis, the optimal advance support scheme of CRD method is 蠁 300 pipe curtain peripheral reinforcement scheme. The influence law of tunnel construction on the upper station room under this scheme is studied. (3) combining the pipe curtain peripheral scheme with the box culvert jacking method, the numerical simulation calculation is carried out. The surrounding displacement of box culvert caused by its construction and its influence on the upper station room are studied and compared with the construction scheme of CRD method under the advance support measures of pipe curtain.
