【摘要】:机制砂以其优良的物理性能在沥青路面中得到广泛的应用,沥青路面主要采用石灰岩机制砂作为细集料,但是在应用过程中也出现一些问题,例如石灰岩机制砂由于强度低容易被压碎。为了使机制砂更好的应用于沥青路面中,有必要研究机制砂在沥青混合料中的适应性,针对石灰岩机制砂在应用中的不足,开展了辉绿岩、角闪岩、闪长岩等中性岩质机制砂在沥青混合料中的适应性研究。首先,本文根据实际工程经验和现有研究成果分析了机制砂级配存在的问题,基于机制砂在沥青混合料中的作用机理,采用均匀设计方法对机制砂的级配进行优化,并通过路用性能试验验证了优化结果的合理性;其次,对辉绿岩、角闪岩、闪长岩等中性岩质机制砂与沥青的黏附性进行了分析,提出了新的评价方法,并根据此方法评价了消石灰、水泥、PA-1型抗剥落剂对提高中性岩质机制砂与沥青黏附性的效果;然后,提出了基于力学性能的沥青砂浆配合比设计方法,采用单轴抗压试验和劈裂试验研究了不同岩性的沥青砂浆力学性能,得出中性岩质沥青砂浆的力学性能优于石灰岩沥青砂浆的沥青性能;最后,通过同岩性AC-13沥青混合料的路用性能与石灰岩机制砂沥青混合料的路用性能进行对比,结果表明在掺加适量的消石灰或抗剥落剂时,同岩性沥青混合料的路用性能更佳。基于上述研究成果表明,辉绿岩、角闪岩、闪长岩等中性岩质机制砂能够作为沥青路面表面层的细集料。
[Abstract]:The machined sand is widely used in asphalt pavement because of its excellent physical properties. The asphalt pavement mainly uses limestone sand as fine aggregate, but there are some problems in the process of application. For example, limestone sand is easy to be crushed because of its low strength. In order to make the machine-made sand better used in asphalt pavement, it is necessary to study the adaptability of machine-made sand in asphalt mixture. Aiming at the deficiency of limestone mechanism sand in application, the adaptability of diabase, amphibolite, diorite and other neutral rock mechanism sand in asphalt mixture is studied. Based on the practical engineering experience and the existing research results, this paper analyzes the existing problems of mechanism sand gradation. Based on the mechanism of mechanism sand in asphalt mixture, the uniform design method is adopted to optimize the gradation of machined sand. The rationality of the optimized results is verified by the road performance test. Secondly, the adhesion of the mechanism sand of diabase, amphibolite and diorite to asphalt is analyzed, and a new evaluation method is put forward, according to which the quicklime and cement are evaluated. The effect of PA-1 anti-spalling agent on the adhesion of neutral rock mechanism sand to asphalt; Then, the design method of asphalt mortar mixture ratio based on mechanical properties is put forward, and the mechanical properties of asphalt mortar with different lithology are studied by uniaxial compression test and splitting test. The results show that the mechanical properties of neutral asphalt mortar are better than those of limestone asphalt mortar. Finally, the road performance of AC-13 asphalt mixture with lithology is compared with that of limestone sand asphalt mixture. The results show that when adding appropriate amount of quicklime or anti-spalling agent. Based on the above research results, it is shown that the fine aggregate of surface layer of asphalt pavement can be used as the neutral rock mechanism sand such as diabase, amphibolite and diorite.
