【摘要】:电动汽车是一种新型能源交通工具,它能够以电代油实现汽车污染物的零排放,且具有噪音低和节约化石燃料等特点,成为解决环境污染和能源紧缺问题的重要途径。电动汽车的充换电和维修均需要在配套基础设施充电站中完成,随着电动汽车数量的逐年增加,许多城市出现由于充电设施选址不当,导致充电站运营效益走低、电能服务质量下降、充电设施利用率参差不齐,给用户造成了不便,使电动汽车的发展进入瓶颈阶段,并逐渐成为影响电动汽车发展进程的关键因素。国家电网将唐山、廊坊、张家口、承德和秦皇岛规划为电动汽车智能充换电服务网络重点发展城市,即“冀北五市”,其中廊坊市在电动汽车数量上已经初具规模,但配套充电设施只在市区内各营业网点处安装,且没有正式投入使用。虽然前期对电动汽车行业影响不大,但随着用户数量的增加,用电需求更加复杂更加多样化,充电设施和电动汽车发展的矛盾便会突出。因此,合理的选址布局研究可以提高廊坊市充电设施使用率、运营效益以及用户使用的便捷性,有利于电动汽车的推广和普及。本文通过梳理国内外电动汽车充电设施发展情况及相关科研成果,结合廊坊市电动汽车行业自身情况及发展中所遇到的问题,系统地分析了廊坊市电动汽车充电设施选址布局问题。首先根据廊坊市2008-2013年人均GDP和私人车辆持有量,针对私人汽车目标市场结合线性回归模型和Bass扩散模型对其2014-2020年电动汽车充电需求和充电站数量进行预测。在此基础上,依据中心地理论、重心法和重心指向设施区位论分别构建廊坊市充电站选址模型,从方便用户的角度优化并选出最适合廊坊市电动汽车发展的选址方案,为今后廊坊市电动汽车充电设施选址布局提供决策依据。
[Abstract]:Electric vehicle is a kind of new energy vehicles, zero emission, it can realize the automobile to electricity instead of oil pollutants, and has the characteristics of low noise and save fossil fuel, has become an important way to solve the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution. Electric vehicle charging and maintenance are needed in the infrastructure charging station completed the number of electric vehicles, along with increased year by year, many city due to charging facilities lead to improper location, charging station operating efficiency decline, power quality of service decline, charging facilities utilization rate is uneven, the inconvenience caused to the user, so that the development of electric vehicles to enter the bottleneck stage, and gradually become the key factor affecting the development process of electric vehicles. National grid will be Tangshan, Langfang, Zhangjiakou, Chengde and Qinhuangdao planning for intelligent electric vehicle charging service network will focus on the development of city, the five city in northern hebei" Among them, the city of Langfang in the number of electric vehicles has begun to take shape, but the supporting charging facilities for the installation of various outlets located only in the urban area, and not officially put into use. Although the former has little effect on the electric car industry, but with the increase of the number of users, the demand for electricity is much more complex and diverse, the contradiction between the development of electric vehicles and charging facilities will be prominent. Therefore, the reasonable layout of charging facilities can improve the use rate of Langfang City, convenient operation and benefit users, is conducive to the promotion and popularization of electric vehicles. Through combing the domestic and foreign development situation of electric vehicle charging facilities and related research results, combined with the Langfang city electric car industry encountered the situation and problems in the development, systematic analysis of the layout of Langfang electric vehicle charging facilities. According to the location of Langfang city in 2008-2013 Both GDP and private vehicle holdings, the target market of private cars with linear regression model and Bass diffusion model to its 2014-2020 electric vehicle charging demand and the number of charging stations were predicted. On this basis, based on the theory of the center, the center of gravity method and focus on the construction of a facility area respectively in Langfang City charging station location model, optimization from the user's perspective and choose the most suitable location scheme of electric vehicle development in Langfang City, to provide decision-making basis for future electric vehicle charging facilities in Langfang City, the layout of the site.
