桥梁预应力张拉精细化施工监控系统研究

【摘要】:预应力梁的生产是桥梁建设中的关键环节。传统预应力张拉施工工艺存在测量设备精度不够、人工操作误差大、同步性差、持荷时间不够等诸多缺陷。本文针对上述实际问题,响应高速公路建设信息化、精细化管理的有关要求,依托某在建高速公路项目,应用现代计算机通信、传感器技术开发设计了一套桥梁预应力张拉精细化施工监控系统。该系统能够实时采集监测张拉力和钢绞线伸长量,自动精确控制张拉应力及张拉过程的同步性、对称性,能够自动生成报表并实时上传共享到信息管理平台,方便各级管理人员及时掌握预制梁场和桥梁预应力施工质量情况,达到“实时监测、智能控制、精细化管理”效果,具有非常重要的工程实践意义。1、对预应力张拉施工工艺及技术规范进行了研究,采用模块化设计思路,设计了包括预应力施工张拉主机、现场控制器、远程信息管理平台三部分的预应力张拉精细化施工监控系统。2、对预应力张拉施工张拉主机和现场控制器进行了设计开发。张拉主机部分主要对中央处理模块、传感器模块及执行机构进行软硬件设计。现场控制器主要对中央处理器、无线数传模块、GPRS无线通信模块、存储模块进行硬件设计。3、采用B/S构架设计开发了预应力张拉远程信息管理系统,对远程信息管理系统的模块设计、数据库设计、软件界面设计进行详细叙述。本文的研究成果在预应力张拉施工及监管方面,有效克服传统施工工艺的缺点,弥补人工操作的不足,对预应力施工过程中存在的质量问题加以监督和管理,提高了张拉过程的施工质量和管理水平。
[Abstract]:The production of prestressed beam is the key link in the bridge construction. The traditional prestressing tensioning construction technology has insufficient precision of measuring equipment, large error of manual operation and poor synchronicity. In view of the above practical problems, this paper, in response to the highway construction information, detailed management requirements, relying on a highway project under construction, the application of modern computer communications. The sensor technology has developed and designed a set of bridge prestressed tensioning fine construction monitoring system which can collect and monitor the tensioning force and the elongation of the steel strand in real time. Automatic accurate control of tension stress and tension process synchronization, symmetry, can automatically generate reports and real-time upload and share to the information management platform. It is convenient for managers at all levels to grasp the construction quality of prefabricated beam yard and bridge in time and achieve the effect of "real-time monitoring, intelligent control and fine management", which has very important practical significance .1. The construction technology and technical specification of prestressed tensioning are studied. The modular design idea is used to design the prestressing tensioning mainframe and field controller. Remote information management platform three parts of the prestressed tensioning fine construction monitoring system .2. The prestressing tensioning construction tensioning mainframe and field controller are designed and developed. The main tensioning main part is the central processing module. The sensor module and actuators are designed for hardware and software. The field controller mainly designs the central processor, wireless data transmission module and GPRS wireless communication module, and the storage module carries on the hardware design .3. The prestressing tensioning remote information management system is designed and developed by using the B / S frame. The module design and database design of the remote information management system are presented. The software interface design is described in detail. The research results of this paper effectively overcome the shortcomings of the traditional construction technology and make up for the shortage of manual operation in the aspects of prestressing tensioning construction and supervision. The quality problems existing in the process of prestress construction are supervised and managed, and the construction quality and management level of the tensioning process are improved.
