【摘要】:在过去的几年里,中国江河航道正进入一个“数字航道”的时代。作为数字航道发展的突出成果,航道综合监控系统在很大的程度上提高了航道管理的效率。但是就目前而言,绝大部分的航道综合监控系统都是基于PC端的,难以适应高速发展的移动互联网。针对这个问题,本文研究并开发一个基于Android平台的航道综合监控系统,将航道监控管理功能从PC端迁移到手机或平板电脑的移动设备端,从而可更好地借助移动互联网的优势与便利,将航道监控任务从单一的监控中心分散到所有的航道工作船和工作人员,简化内河航道管理流程,提升灵活性和效率。本文研究的系统包括一个前端应用App及其后台服务器程序,APP以电子航道图为基础,通过移动网络或者无线WIFI可实时地获取后台服务器提供的航标、水位以及船舶动态信息,实现航道的动态监控。归纳起来,完成的主要工作如下:(1)基于RESTful Web Services,采用多层级的架构,设计了系统的总体架构和后台服务接口。(2)设计并实现了客户端APP,包括电子航道图的显示与更新,船舶、航标的动态显示和查询、航标异常报警以及水位实时及历史数据查询和标绘等功能。(3)深入研究了水深动态修正算法。该算法依据相邻最近的水位站水位数据,基于距离加权方法实时地对航道图上的水深进行动态修正,算法计算简单,并具有较高精度和实用性。本文研发的系统已经在长江下游部分河段应用,应用结果表明移动航道监控的形式深受航道管理部门的喜爱,它也将成为下一代数字航道建设的重要内容。
[Abstract]:In the past few years, China's river channel is entering the era of "digital channel", as a prominent achievement of the development of digital channel. The waterway integrated monitoring system improves the efficiency of waterway management to a great extent, but at present, most of the waterway integrated monitoring systems are based on PC. It is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of mobile Internet. In view of this problem, this paper studies and develops a waterway integrated monitoring system based on Android platform. The waterway monitoring and management function is transferred from PC to mobile device of mobile phone or tablet computer, so as to make better use of the advantage and convenience of mobile Internet. Dispersing the waterway monitoring task from a single monitoring center to all waterway working vessels and staff to simplify the inland waterway management process. The system studied in this paper includes a front-end application App and its back-end server program app based on the electronic channel diagram. Through the mobile network or wireless WIFI can real-time access to the background server provided by the navigation mark, water level and ship dynamic information, to achieve the dynamic monitoring of waterways. The main work accomplished is as follows: 1) based on RESTful Web Services, a multilevel architecture is adopted. Design the overall architecture of the system and backstage service interface. 2) designed and implemented the client APP, including the display and update of electronic channel map, the dynamic display and query of ship and navigation mark. The algorithm of dynamic correction of water depth is deeply studied. The algorithm is based on the nearest water level station water level data. Based on the distance weighting method, the dynamic correction of the water depth on the channel map is carried out in real time. The algorithm is simple, accurate and practical. The system developed in this paper has been applied in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The application results show that the form of mobile channel monitoring is popular with the waterway management department, and it will also become an important part of the next generation digital waterway construction.
