统筹城乡发展环境下的城乡公交规划研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速发展,在城乡统筹的进程中,城市和农村的经济和文化交往日趋频繁,这就促使城乡之间人们的出行需求增多,但由于城市和农村的客运模式不同,农村公交的运营管理、运作模式都与城区公交有着明显区别,同时在城市公共交通规划时忽略了对城市边缘与城区的城市客运系统的分析与研究,导致在城乡结合之间的公共交通规划滞后于城乡发展的要求。本文通过对城乡公交规划的分析研究,阐述了施行城乡公交一体化的紧迫性及必要性,并进一步的探讨了城乡公交一体化实施思路及方法,从而明确了在统筹城乡发展的过程中客运交通问题,为实现城乡经济、社会、生活等多方面的协调发展提供了支持。本文在分析我国城乡发展过程和城市、农村公交发展状况的基础上,提出了统筹城乡的发展需以城乡公交一体化的实施为前提。继而对统筹城乡发展环境下公交设施进行分析研究,从城乡公交站场、公共交通车辆、线路设置等各个方面探讨了城乡公交一体化的规划思路。同时借鉴TOD (transit-oriented development)公共交通引导城市发展理论,探讨农村公路客运引导农村发展的机制、机理,提出农村聚居点围绕农村公交站点建造的社区发展模式。论文最后以南充市顺庆区城乡公共交通发展规划为例,分析研究了南充市顺庆区城乡发展程度,并根据相应的理论,应用TOD发展模式规划了南充市顺庆区城乡公交一体化实施方案,可以为该地区的城乡公交一体化规划提供一个参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, in the process of urban and rural planning, the economic and cultural exchanges between urban and rural areas are becoming more frequent, which promotes the increase of travel demand between urban and rural people. However, due to the different modes of urban and rural passenger transport, the operation and management of rural public transport and operation mode are obviously different from urban public transport. At the same time, the analysis and research of urban passenger transport system in urban fringe and urban area are neglected in the planning of urban public transport. The public transport planning between urban and rural areas lags behind the requirements of urban and rural development. Through the analysis of urban and rural public transport planning, this paper expounds the urgency and necessity of urban and rural public transport integration. And further discussed the implementation of urban and rural bus integration ideas and methods, so as to clarify the process of urban and rural development in the process of passenger transport, for the realization of urban and rural economy, society. Life and other aspects of coordinated development to provide support. This paper analyzes the process of urban and rural development and urban and rural public transport development on the basis of. The author puts forward that the development of urban and rural areas should be based on the implementation of urban and rural public transport integration. Then the paper analyzes and studies the public transport facilities under the overall urban-rural development environment, from the urban and rural public transport terminals, public transport vehicles. This paper discusses the planning ideas of urban and rural transit integration from the aspects of line setting and so on. At the same time, it draws lessons from TOD transit-oriented development. Public transport guides the theory of urban development. This paper probes into the mechanism and mechanism of rural road passenger transport guiding rural development, and puts forward the community development model of rural residential areas around rural public transport stations. Finally, the paper takes the urban and rural public transport development planning of Shunqing District of Nanchong City as an example. This paper analyzes and studies the degree of urban and rural development in Shunqing District of Nanchong City, and according to the corresponding theory, applies the development model of TOD to plan the implementation scheme of urban and rural public transportation integration in Shunqing District of Nanchong City. It can provide a reference for the integrated planning of urban and rural public transportation in this area.
