【摘要】：为促进陕西省农村基础设施建设,提高农民生活水平,本文对陕西省农村进行了实地调研,掌握了农村道路基础设施现状。通过调研问卷的统计和分析,发现了农村道路在建设中存在的一些问题,如部分经济落后地区农村道路没有硬化;部分地区盲目追求高级路面,给当地政府和农民带来很大经济压力等。本文从技术、环保、经济三方面属性对常见的农村道路路面形式进行对比分析,并结合陕南地区农村特点对这些路面的适用性进行探讨。主要的研究内容有:(1)对陕西省农村道路基础设施进行调研,通过总结分析发现了道路基础设施建设的一些问题;(2)对常见的农村道路路面形式进行研究,结合陕南地区地域特点,从技术、环保、经济三个属性对常见几种路面的适用性进行研究,分析这些路面形式在陕南地区的适用性;(3)利用熵权法和TOPSIS构建优选模型,结合陕南地区区域特点,建立能够适用于几种路面形式优选的指标体系;(4)以安康市平利县某村主要道路为例,进行农村道路路面形式的优选研究。为陕西省农村道路路面形式的选择提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the construction of rural infrastructure in Shaanxi Province and improve the living standards of farmers, this paper carried out a field investigation on rural areas in Shaanxi Province, grasped the current situation of rural road infrastructure. Found some problems in the construction of rural roads, such as some economically backward areas of rural roads did not harden; Part of the blind pursuit of high road surface, to the local government and farmers bring a lot of economic pressure. This paper from the technical, environmental protection, economic three attributes of common rural road pavement form is compared and analyzed. Combined with the rural characteristics of southern Shaanxi Province, the applicability of these roads is discussed. The main research content is: 1) the rural road infrastructure in Shaanxi Province is investigated. Through summing up and analyzing, some problems of road infrastructure construction are found. Research on the common rural road pavement form, combined with the regional characteristics of southern Shaanxi, from the technical, environmental protection, economic three attributes of the common road surface of the applicability of the study. The applicability of these pavement forms in southern Shaanxi is analyzed. (3) using entropy weight method and TOPSIS to construct the optimal selection model, combining with the regional characteristics of southern Shaanxi, the index system which can be applied to several pavement forms is established. Taking the main road of a village in Pingli County of Ankang City as an example, this paper makes a study on the optimal selection of road surface form in rural areas, which provides a new way of thinking for the selection of road pavement form in rural areas of Shaanxi Province.
