【摘要】:随着西部大开发战略的深入以及呼和浩特市东部地区建设的推进,特别是呼和浩特市火车东站的建成通车,呼市现有的公路客运站已不能满足日益增长的旅客运输需求。为促进呼市的公路运输建设、缓解公路压力、提高旅客周转率,规划建设新的汽车客运枢纽站具有非常重要的战略意义和现实意义。探讨汽车客运站布局原则,分析汽车客运站规划建设的影响因素;分析呼和浩特市现有汽车客运站的现状及存在的问题,指出建设呼市汽车客运东枢纽站的必要性;立足该市的社会经济发展现状,结合综合运输的发展趋势,采用回归分析法、弹性系数法、组合预测法对其社会经济与客运需求量进行科学、合理的预测;分别从经济效益、财务分析、不确定性分析、宏观社会效益评价方面,分析了呼和浩特汽车客运东枢纽站建设经济可行性、目前建设进展情况及建设过程中遇到的困难,对城市汽车客运枢纽站的规划建设提出相应的建议。研究确定呼和浩特市汽车客运东枢纽站的建设规模为一级客运站:设计年度旅客日发送量为20000人次,旅客最高聚集人数为1600人,30个有效发车位数,日发986班次,平均运距为160公里;站址位于呼市火车东站北侧,万通路以东,东站北街以南。客运站总平面布置确保站内客运生产顺畅有序、作业高效,并充分实现客运站场所有功能。
[Abstract]:With the development of the western region and the construction of the eastern part of Hohhot, especially the construction of the East Railway Station in Hohhot. The existing highway passenger station can not meet the increasing demand of passenger transportation. In order to promote the construction of highway transportation, alleviate the road pressure and improve the passenger turnover rate. It is of great strategic and practical significance to plan and build a new passenger terminal station. This paper discusses the layout principle of automobile passenger station and analyzes the influencing factors of the planning and construction of automobile passenger station. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the existing automobile passenger station in Hohhot, and points out the necessity of constructing the East Huhhot passenger Transport Station. Based on the current situation of social and economic development in the city, combined with the development trend of comprehensive transportation, the regression analysis method, elastic coefficient method and combination forecasting method are used to forecast the demand of social economy and passenger transport scientifically and reasonably. From the aspects of economic benefit, financial analysis, uncertainty analysis and macro social benefit evaluation, this paper analyzes the economic feasibility of construction of Huhhot East passenger Transport Station. At present, the progress of the construction and the difficulties encountered in the construction process. This paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the planning and construction of the urban automobile passenger transport hub station, and studies and determines the construction scale of the Huhhot automobile passenger passenger terminal station as the first class passenger transport station. The designed annual passenger daily delivery capacity is 20000. The maximum number of passengers gathered is 1600, 30 valid departure spaces, 986 flights per day, the average distance is 160 km; The station is located on the north side of East Huhou Railway Station, east of Wan Dao Road and south of North Street of East Station. The general layout of passenger station ensures smooth and orderly passenger transport production, efficient operation and full realization of all functions of passenger station yard.
