中小城市公交系统频率优化问题研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会经济迅猛发展,中小城市的城市规模不断扩大,城市交通供求矛盾日益突出。中小城市各地政府及交通管理部门已经认识到“发展公共交通是改善城市交通的战略选择”,“解决城市交通问题必须体现优先发展城市公交”的原则。公交线路网是整个城市公交系统的根本,而公交发车频率则决定了整个网络的效率,它直接影响到运营者的服务质量和经济效益。可以说公交发车频率优化,是运营成功与否的关键。因此在中小城市发展过程中,研究中小城市公交系统频率优化问题有利于突破公交发展的瓶颈,提升中小城市公交的吸引力和竞争力,引导居民选择乘坐公交的出行,促进中小城市公交的良性发展,显然十分必要。本文在对国内外有关城市公交频率优化问题分析研究的基础上,介绍了中小城市公交频率影响因素并根据巴彦淖尔市临河区的实际情况进行了分析。在Héctor Martínez和Antonio Mauttone(2014)[13]模型的基础上,考虑了公交站点最大通行能力和城市公交车队规模有限的条件下建立了以乘客总出行时间成本和公交企业运营成本总体最小化为目标的优化模型。对本文建立的公交系统频率优化模型采用了小规模数据验证其正确性,最后设计了一种改进的遗传算法进行求解,对巴彦淖尔市临河区的公交线路频率进行优化,优化结果进一步表明所建模型的准确性和算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in China, the urban scale of small and medium-sized cities is expanding. The contradiction of urban traffic supply and demand is becoming more and more prominent. Governments and traffic management departments in small and medium-sized cities have realized that "developing public transport is the strategic choice to improve urban traffic". "solving urban traffic problems must embody the principle of giving priority to the development of urban public transport". The bus network is the root of the whole urban public transport system, and the frequency of bus departure determines the efficiency of the whole network. It directly affects the service quality and economic benefits of the operators. It can be said that the bus departure frequency optimization is the key to the success of the operation, so in the development process of small and medium-sized cities. The study on the frequency optimization of public transport system in small and medium-sized cities is conducive to breaking through the bottleneck of public transport development, enhancing the attraction and competitiveness of public transport in small and medium-sized cities, and guiding residents to travel by bus. It is obviously necessary to promote the benign development of public transport in small and medium-sized cities. This paper analyzes and studies the frequency optimization of urban public transport at home and abroad. The influencing factors of public transport frequency in medium and small cities are introduced and analyzed according to the actual situation of Linhe District of Bayannur City. Finally, an improved genetic algorithm is designed to optimize the frequency of the bus line in Linhe District of Bayannur City. The optimization results further show the accuracy of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
