公路隧道斜井送排式通风节能系统优化分析

【摘要】：公路隧道在施工阶段一般利用斜井作为辅助通道增加施工工作面,运营阶段继续采用此斜井作为运营通风通道,这种通风系统能耗巨大,年运营维护费逾越百万元。竖井送排式通风系统相对斜井通风系统沿程损失更小,通风效率更高。因此提出新建竖井作为运营通风道,原施工斜井作为逃生救援通道的新型通风节能优化方案。本文基于山西云山隧道实际工程,分别计算斜井与竖井的土建造价及能耗,利用FLUENT软件对斜井与竖井通风进行数值模拟,分析两者土建费用、运营能耗以及通风效率,对此优化通风系统的经济性进行评价,并为类似工程提供参考。
[Abstract]:In the construction stage of highway tunnel, inclined shaft is generally used as an auxiliary passage to increase the construction face, and in the operation phase, the inclined shaft is used as the operating ventilation channel, so the energy consumption of this ventilation system is huge. The annual operating maintenance fee exceeds one million yuan. Compared with the inclined shaft ventilation system, the shaft feeding and drainage ventilation system has less losses along the path and higher ventilation efficiency. Therefore, a new shaft is proposed as the operating ventilation channel. Based on the actual project of Yunshan Tunnel in Shanxi Province, the civil construction cost and energy consumption of inclined shaft and shaft are calculated respectively. Numerical simulation of inclined shaft and shaft ventilation is carried out by using FLUENT software. The civil construction cost, operation energy consumption and ventilation efficiency are analyzed, and the economy of ventilation system optimization is evaluated. It also provides reference for similar projects.
