长春市商业区停车空间规划及优化设计策略研究

【摘要】：城市中心商业区一般处于城市的核心地带,土地开发利用程度高,人口和建筑密度高,特殊的地理位置和较高的商业价值使得商业区域内的建筑密度普遍很高。由于城市商业区强大的消费吸引力,同时又是吸引市民出行和外来游客的目的地,直接导致商业区内的道路交通流量和停车空间使用情况呈现饱和状态,部分道路更是超负荷运行,交通堵塞现象严重,所以商业区停车空间的需求量也尤其大。笔者选取长春市作为研究商业区停车问题的研究基地。对于长春市的大部分商业区,由于各种原因而引发的停车问题林林总总,本论文根据实际的情况,选取几个具有代表性的地段作实地考察调研,对商业区的停车供应情况、停车设施的使用情况、停车者的停车行为及对停车现状的认识情况等进行了相应的调查。对相关资料文献及调研成果作收集与整理,以总结这些商业区的停车空间存在的问题以及进一步剖析问题产生的原因,力求探讨解决的相应对策。本篇论文共分六个部分。第一部分是绪论,引出本文的课题以及研究的目的和意义,研究的内容以及主要的研究方法;第二部分是城市商业区公共停车空间规划的必然性分析,这一章主要从城市商业区的定义和特点,城市停车空间在商业区中的地位,我国城市交通的发展现状以及影响城市商业区停车空间设计的主要因素几个方面来阐述;第三部分是城市商业区公共停车空间调研以及现状分析,首先这一章明确了本文的调研目的、对象以及调研范围,在此基础上,本文以长春市红旗街商业区、重庆路商业区和桂林路商业区为例,阐述了长春市商业区的基本情况和交通环境,继而归纳总结了长春市商业区停车空间的现状;第四部分是城市商业区停车空间面临的主要问题以及产生的原因;第五部分结合实际,阐述了城市商业区停车空间的类型和优化设计,其中首先定义了停车空间的基本含义,其次划分了研究的停车空间类型及规划布局的影响因素,然后归纳总结了商业区停车空间规划布局原则和方式,最后提出了城市商业区停车空间的优化策略;第六部分是本文的结论。
[Abstract]:The central commercial district of the city is generally located in the core of the city, land development and utilization degree is high, population and building density is high. The special geographical location and high commercial value make the building density in the commercial area very high. Because of the strong consumption attraction of the city commercial district, it is also the destination to attract citizens and foreign tourists. The traffic flow and parking space in the commercial district are saturated, some roads are overloaded, and the traffic jam is serious. Therefore, the demand for parking space in commercial district is especially large. The author chooses Changchun as the research base to study parking problems in commercial district. As a result of various reasons caused by parking problems, according to the actual situation, this paper selected several representative areas for field investigation, the parking supply situation of the business district. The use of parking facilities, parking behavior and parking awareness of the status quo of the corresponding investigation. The relevant documents and research results are collected and sorted out. In order to summarize the existing problems of parking space in these commercial districts and further analyze the causes of the problems, try to explore the corresponding solutions. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. Lead to the subject of this paper and the purpose and significance of the study, the content of the study and the main research methods; The second part is the inevitable analysis of public parking space planning in urban commercial district, this chapter mainly from the definition and characteristics of urban commercial district, the status of urban parking space in commercial district. The present situation of urban traffic in China and the main factors influencing the parking space design of the commercial district in China are discussed. The third part is the city commercial district public parking space investigation and the present situation analysis, first of all, this chapter has defined the research goal, the object and the research scope, on this basis, this article takes Changchun Hongqi street commercial district. Chongqing Road Commercial District and Guilin Road Commercial District as examples, this paper expounds the basic situation and traffic environment of Changchun Commercial District, and then summarizes the current situation of Changchun Commercial District parking space. The 4th part is the main problem and the reason of the parking space in the urban commercial district. Part 5th, combined with the practice, expounds the types and optimization design of parking space in urban commercial district, in which the basic meaning of parking space is first defined. Secondly, the types of parking space and the factors influencing the layout of parking space are divided, and then the principles and methods of parking space planning in commercial district are summarized. Finally, the optimization strategy of parking space in commercial district is put forward. Part 6th is the conclusion of this paper.
